Great Video! Just purchased this coffee maker. I had a cuisinart for years then bought the Brim 8 C pour over in December worked great till 3 weeks ago when the reuseable filter the end popped off. Know idea when it happened all I know is the grounds then went into the carafe.I emailed what I thought was Brim but it’s another co that owns brim for two weeks back and forth filter
I wanted was replacement for filter. Today I got an email cut cord off coffee maker and return.. they don’t have just the replacement. Forget it! I took the unit to William Sonoma came home with the Cuisinart!!

Always remember to take that k-cup out after use. Otherwise it will clog up the needles and it won't work unless you clean out the needles. Speaking from experience lol.
Also, some time ago, it was suggested (& I watched) him push the kCup in to puncture the bottom first, then closed. It breaks the vacuum seal & avoids that air pocket sending grounds up & into the needle. Ever since, I've been doing that too = no more issues or clogs. 😊

This on the Model SS16> If you are having problems with Pod button> I like the coffee maker. Pod option initially did not work, called customer service, let me wait, but they were able to tell me what to do. Seems the pod button inside the machine had not been set at the factory

@@emmanuelsanchez5668 >. In case anyone else has this issue with the POD light not turning on before initial use, follow these steps:
1. Unplug coffee maker and wait 5 minutes to "reset" the machine.
2. Plug back in
3. Lift single serving lid, behind the two white arrows of pod alignment there is a little rubber button, like a dome shape. Push this 7 times. POD light should be blinking
4. The POD light should now be "connected" and will work as intended. Hope this helps.

I just bought this coffee maker and I set it up to auto start yesterday morning for first time. It worked well. However this morning it did not come on. There are several steps in setting the program to auto start and I must have left a step out! You demonstrated it here but I don't see what step I forgot. I'll have to watch it again. Good luck with your demos!

I enjoy the maker, I'm a bit baffled the k cup worked great intially, but now the k cups don't empty fully. This was after maybe 5 or 6 uses
I use fresh ground coffee in the brew side. My husband uses the k-pod. And sometimes we clash wanting to make both at the same time. But the one we have won’t do both at the same time. Does this one? Or any you know of?
How long will the warming plate stay on and heated after the coffee pot has finished brewing?
I have been using purified water but still have the charcoal filters in. I let them sit in water for 10 mins before popping them in then popped them in and rinsed for 10 seconds. Is this a proper way of prepping charcoal filters? And how do I know when to change the filters out? Thank you for any feedback
How do you clean the kcup side
Question my husband loves to make a pot of coffee. I'm not a coffee girl so when I get up, I like to use the k cup Is there a coffee pot out there that will keep his coffee warm while I come in and make a k cup Most of them will cut off the warming tray. So I usually do without until he's finished and then it's too late for me to have coffee.
Does anyone know how to turn off the beeping noise when it is done brewing?

Can you show hot to keep the coffee warm for a few hours, please? Like what buttons to press to keep it warm. I can't figure it out.
You have to turn the knob to Auto off, then select the hours and in only heats up to only 4 hours.
Hi there! is this better than the Cuisinart SS-15? Which of the two you recommend?
This one , I like the iced coffee feature, but if you don't need that then the SS-15 is fine.
Would love to know how to turn the warmer back on once it stops.
sorry there is no way to turn it on with out starting a new brew,, Ninja coffee makers will let you just turn the warming plate on without starting a brew.
Should the of light come on automatically when you open the pod lid? I just bought it and can't get the pod side to activate, the light doesn't even come on.

Did you get yours working? I just received one and can't get the pod light to come on no matter what.
@@sirbrewzalot nah, I think it was defective. I exchanged it for a new one which works flawlessly.
We are on our second one that will not work on the Pod side.

@@NANJER27 If you open the pod, there's a little button towards the back which detects if the pod side is closed or not. It can be a little sticky on the brand new model, give it a few presses with your fingers and see if that fixes it. Once I did that it worked and has been working fine since.
The lack of height for a travel mug for the KCup side is a deal breaker. Ninja has a better setup for sure.

How do you just brew hot water on the single serve side? I put my mug on, the water is in the reservoir, I hit “pod” , “10 oz”, then hit “brew” but the brew light is not coming on?

My pod button won't turn on. What do I do?
There’s a little black knob on the inside of the Pod housing. It’s the knob/button on the base(bottom), not the top knob/button that lifts. Press it back and forth a few times. You should hear a clicking sound. After that it should work.
Excuseme. Where is the tone option? To turn bipping sound on and off?
you can not turn beeps off

wow, can't believe it but the same for me. After reading through these comments, I went down and tried that because I was taking my back. It is my second one, brand new but I pushed that little button a few times and it came on@@notesfrompatience
I bought this and the pod side did not work at all. Returned.
Try pushing that little button a few times. It worked for me. open the lid of the pod side and you will see the little soft button toward the back. This was my second one
@@tri1nity You can either press it and/or carefully wiggle it around until the 'Pod' light starts to blink. I got mine to work once I pushed the button and carefully wiggled it around.
