Thank you Dr. Ben for this encouraging positive video. I just heard a loud noise today which spike it and it’s really loud again when I thought I had it under control but you’re right. I went right to negative thoughts and stopped as soon as I saw this video. Being positive with the right understanding and outlook is important. It’s a mental psychological and emotional fight every day. Since I’ve been doing the TRT, CBT, and Sound Therapy with treble health and with my own doctor I have been sleeping without pills even though it’s a fight every night. Meditation and routine is important too. But the mind is the most important part. Again, your video is on point. Thank you again from getting me from that suicidal person to someone with hope and fighting to get to stage two of habitation. My fear and anxiety has gone down tremendously.

It's not in a person's interest to wake up exhausted every day because the brain GETS NO REST. I have no hearing loss, yet since the smart meter was installed, I hear 3 frequencies in one ear and a different one in the other ear. With my brain trapped in the middle. 8 years without one restful nights sleep. I'm not exaggerating. Deprived of sleep is a form of torture.

I totally get what you’re saying since the smart meter was attached to my house I left ear has three different insane sounds popping snapping crackling and ringing. It’s like you have to live in a tent to get away from smart meters! No I’m not generalizing mine has gone from an 8 to 108/10 I work with myself trying to stay calm when you are exhausted continuallyFrom no sleep the ringing is worse it’s all worse not generalizing again I’m a registered nurse I’m telling you I know this is a long haul thing. My greatest help so far has been working with my faith as a Christian ….diet….. and using some of Dr. Ben’s suggestions I do listen to him but I have not signed up…If I take a medication to go to sleep the next day I feel like 1 million bucks and the ringing is about an eight but they are going thing is not sleeping and living with exhaustion

This was very good! It’s so easy to become negative, when you have this noise coming out of your head. Just when I think I’ve got this under control.I have a spike. It’s lasted now for a week. But I keep trying…. Thank you for what you provide through your videos and such! ✌️❤️⭐️

"CBT is not an automatic and passive thing". Interesting quote and illustrates the need to work with treble health or others. Don't suffer longer than needed. Do embrace sound therapy. I thought sound therapy would delay my recovery. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Thanks Dr. Ben.

There isn't much help anyway even in the UK where we get free healthcare. It really comes down to accepting the tinnitus and learning to live with it.

    Doctor Thompson,
I’ve been suffering from non-stop Tinnitus since Feb. I’ve found various items which have helped (Neo Sensory, CBT, Noise Masking - Bose Sleepbuds) but recently I took a 20mg tablet of Tadalafil (Celis) and the Tinnitus completely went away. As the medication wore off it returned but what would cause it to completely leave in the first place??? I even plugged my ears to try and hear it and nothing, dead silence. It has since returned to normal (ugh) but it was gone for the first time in 7 months)

It’s a little embarrassing but Tadalafil is a generic form of Cealis an ED medication. After it kicked in 60 minutes or so, I noticed my Tinnitus was gone. This med lowers your blood pressure but I don’t have high blood pressure. Just normal. It eventually wore off after several hours but my tinnitus was at a level 2/3 instead of its constant 8/9. Doesn’t make sense to me which is why I posted it.
