    Fab I did this in lockdown only difference I added mirrors to the doors made by a local glass shop, they came out stunning.
    Big up to all the ladies for having a go.

    I really like it, looks good but. I did a very similar construction and after a few months ended up in really ugly cracks between the wall and mdf. My conclusion was to fix the mdf on the wall instead and not on the wardrobe. In this case it will not crack but there will be a small gap between mdf and wardrobe. However, you never see this gap in this case. The cracks you would see all the time.
    Just a small tip for improvement. Otherwise great work!

    Wow!!! I need to channel your doing-it spirit!!! I LOVE the handles and decorative paneling. Our home repair store out here don’t carry that cute curved design. Maybe I can source it online??

    Why didn’t you use the space above the wardrobe? On a RUclips channel, Alexandragater, she shows how to use that space so you don’t lose value storage space.

    I want to do this but I’m actually so thick I don’t understand why that base is needed. Is it really needed or can I just let the wardrobe sit on the floor?
    Also would it look ok without doors?
    Thanks a lot ❤

    Very impressive... So how you could learn how to use these tools... Is it something that I can learn by myself? I am overwhelmed

    Raising the floor of the wardrobe make it looks less like a closet.

    As a cabinet maker/fitter I can confirm that after 1 month this is going to look like a pile of crap. As a matter of fact if you ask this lady to send some pictures of the joints she made, you will regret about the materials she wasted.

    • @nannem9716

      All what storage on the top and side??? What you're referring to is a small fraction of dead space.

    • @ANerlikar
      @ANerlikar 4 месяца назад

      You can use vacuum bags and store above the cupboard. There wasn't dead space,she killed it.

    Its not built in if the room got smaller 😂😂😂

    • @christinemorrison528
      @christinemorrison528 5 месяцев назад

      They are 'built in' to an available area, rather than free standing wardrobes 😂🙈...kinda like a kitchen

    • @benjk98
      @benjk98 5 месяцев назад

      @christinemorrison528 built in means, built into the already existing room, without taking more room up
      Usually when something is built in, it only takes up more space while it's in use, then goes back to where it was built in
      So no lol

    • @east_shore_home
      @east_shore_home  5 месяцев назад +3

      Built in, means built into the space which these are. They look “built in” not freestanding

    • @WoWBloodrend
      @WoWBloodrend 5 месяцев назад

      "That built in look" so I don't think she's trying to say that they ARE built in? Just my thoughts

    • @nannem9716
      @nannem9716 4 месяца назад

      Of course it's a built in. You clearly don't know what a built in is.
