That chili looks delicious!! I'm definitely always looking for quick,easy, and flavourful. My mother inlaw made chili on Christmas eve with red, orange and yellow peppers in it. Red kidney beans and black beans and cooked ground chicken. Very good, too! So many ideas for chili. Love that!!

This all looks delicious! Little trick to finding a sweet pineapple…pull out a leaf and if it comes out easy it’s a juicy one. I’ve never had a bad pineapple trying this trick. Just pull a leaf from more of the top of the leaves!

Yum, I make little cranberry 'spritzers' with cranberry juice and 7up all the time, it makes the cranberry more palatable and is delicious! Haven't heard of them coming in a can!

Everything looks good. Thats a nice cooler. I got in the habit when my Son was born to put his drinks in a cooler that you just stick the whole thing in the freezer until your ready to use it. The only thing is it has seen better days. I cant find one like it with the little ice pockets. I bought one but it melts and dont keep drinks cold for more than couple hours. It's just me now but I use it for my Pepsi. Most everyone I know drinks Coke. I'm team Pepsi all the way. I just like my drinks ice cold. Hope you all had a great Christmas and Happy New Year!🎉

Alternate Baked Potato Toppings - Shredded chicken with salsa, bbq sauce, OR buffalo sauce (not all at once! :). For the salsa one you can also add black beans, corn, sour cream, cheese, for bbq you can add cheddar, and for the buffalo if adventurous, you can add pieces of carrots and celery that are boiled/sauteed so they're tender, along with ranch and bleu cheese or cheddar. (Last one might sound a bit weird, but I tried it one night when I wanted something different, and it was REALLY good.)

Food should be fully cooled in the fridge prior to putting lids on containers to prevent bacteria growth on lids and dripping back into food. For soups, once veggies are to desired doneness, add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar - it stops veggies from becoming mushy and balances acidity.
