I'm a truck driver too. It sucks trying to be creative with lunches. I don't like eating out everyday. It gets old especially if its gas stations. Most around my region aren't serving healthy choices. Not everyone who drives wants to eat greasy or sugary foods. I wish more gas stations in northern MN would offer healthier selections. I'm talking way up there in the boonies. Not places like St Cloud, MN. Everytime I say NORTHERN, that's the place people think. We don't have nice trucking gas stations like Kwik Trip up here. We need one like that. Thank you for sharing your lunch ideas!

So inspiring! Thank you so much! It definitely encourages me to pack more fruit for my husband and we are so in a sandwich rut! My kids are the fruit junkies in the house and to be honest my husband doesn't always eat it so I've gotten away from packing it in his lunch. Will look into the lunch ez too! Looks like an investment but a nice product!

We love the Mexican style rice a roni.. it's seriously the best, I think we eat it atleast once a week. It even tastes better the next day. The hubby & I actually ate some for our lunches at work today as leftovers.
When my husband and I discovered hot dogs in the air fryer- our lives were changed forever! 😂 it’s the best way to have one by far!

Im am so going to try those chicken samosas, i have made samosas before, but that flavor profile looks like something my husband would love!
I make my chicken and tuna salad almost exactly like you did, except instead of the full amount of mayo , I add sour cream, and a little shredded cheese, always add cheese , yummy!

Clean as you go! Wipe up messes as they happen, wash pots when you’re waiting for something else to cook.

Once I made hot dogs in the air fryer, I will never make them any other way. Kristin is right when she said it's like they are right off the grill & so fast too. I'm sure you will like them that way.🌭

my good lunchbox got partially messed up in a crash so i have been using my carhartt one. it's too small for my food because i am an absolute hog. it is a sturdy lunchbox though so i would still recommend it.

10:05 I think companies have been intentionally giving us an odd number of meat lately. I bought some chicken breast and it only had 7. I also bought wings and it had 15 instead of 16. I think it’s shrink flation

The lunch box is $200 with the bag, it is $100 without the bag. I was looking for a heated lunchbox for our son last year and found this. I like the idea but not at that price. 😅
Look at hot logic and see if that would work for you.
