Totally agree Ruddy, I have Live at Montreux 1986 and Eric Clapton and Friends Live 1986 on dvd both great concert performances from these guys. Greg and Nathan add a magic touch to the sound with Phil's wonderful drumming and fill patterns. I love Clapton's guitar tone and guitar chorus effects he uses in this period. 👍

You can believe that you are right since you’re definitely set on it, but you’re not going to change my opinion. As far Mr. Dylan being an acquired taste, so are a lot of things like caviar and sea urchin, but I don’t have the time or the patience required to acquire the taste for those anymore than I have the time or patience to acquire the taste for Bob Dylan’s singing voice.

I saw him in Telluride about six years ago. Terrific blues performance. Happened to run in to him the next day beside one of the venues. A very cool young man. We talked guitars and gear for a few minutes and I wished him continued success. Reminds me of Freddie King, 40 years later.

Just got home from Across 24 Nights one night movie theater presentation. Outstanding production quality, great song selection and EC was effing incredible.
