This is the best instructions for central lymphatic drainage I have found. Thank you!
Oh my goodness, thank you so much!! What an awesome compliment!! I'm so glad you found it! ☺
I love this addition to my lymph massage routine! I also do a gentle (GENTLE) eye / face lymph massage. Always with eye cream on my fingers because I don't want any pulling on my poor eyelids. It's a gentle one-two finger starting on inner top orbital bone and smoothing out to outer "corner" of the upper part of the bone. Then a gentle one-two finger starting on lower inner corner of orbital bone and smoothing out cheekbone to your ear. You can also do a gentle pulse on side of nose bridge right beside inner corner of eye. There are some good videos out there. Glad I found your channel!
Oooh! I’ll have to add the face massage into my routine! I’ve started doing some guasha work for aesthetic purposes, but better still if it will help with drainage!
Thank you, I really needed this.
You are so welcome!!! ♥️♥️♥️
Omg! You helped me so much thank you
That makes me so happy!!!! It's amazing how fast it works, isn't it!? 😊
I’ve got intracranial hypertension and that was very helpful. I want to avoid surgery so I will keep doing this video daily. Thank you so much xx
Oh my gosh! I am so glad this is helping!! I hope you are able to stay out of the operating room!! ❤
Thanks for this video very helpful and good in this season
Thank you for watching. I'm so glad it helped!! Have a great day!
Getting over a sinus infection that almost turned into bronchitis, after a while massaging my clavicles I coughed up so much phlegm and felt way less stuffy in my head… when I was done I was able to breath through both nostrils…. Thank you so much
This is absolutely awesome news! I'm so glad it helped you!!! Yay! Thanks for watching and feel better soon!!❤

Jocelyn Farkas I'm so glad! Thanks for watching!
I’m currently suffering with Covid (I’m vaxxed, so it’s hardly bad AT ALL) and I watched this and went along with my gua sha tool. Could feel/hear the static-y crunchiness as I went! Thanks so much
Ug. I'm so sorry you are dealing with this. I'm really glad this is helping though! It works great along with a neti-pot too! Really gets things moving out! I have a video on that too. I hope you feel better ASAP!!!! ❤️
Thank you 😊
You are so welcome!!! Thanks for watching!

Thanks so much for watching! "Big wheels keep on turnin'..." Life is a song baby!!!!
Thank you:)))
You are so welcome! I hope it helped!
Really helpful and thorough. I’m not sure the music is adding much, in fact it may be detracting from your instructions which were super 👍🏻
Thanks for the tip! Some people like it, others don't. I appreciate the feedback!
@@ChronicallyBeautifILL Both my husband and I have been doing this routine and we each found it to be almost sedating! Wonderfully so, I might add. Any thoughts on that and why it might be the case?
Yes!!! Hope this helps my husband
Me too! Let me know how it goes! 😊
Went really good. Better than either of us expected, still could have used this info along long time ago
Excellent! Thanks so much 👍
THANKS! I'm so glad it helped! ☺

Yes, it's very good. I'll try it again tomorrow
We're going to give this a try. Mum and I already have bronchitos. I have stuffy nose too but when I blow my nose watery then yellow "stuff" comes out. If I keep that half of my face buried in the pillow in warmth a thick dark yellow, reddish "mucus"? comes out. Mum is not so lucky, nothing comes out when blowing her nose. We already take antibiotics and probiotics.
Ug! Sounds like you are in rough shape! I hope this gives you some relief. Check out my neti pot video too...that could really help. I hope you both feel better soon!! 💓
I have been major stuffed up for days. This helped me sp much last night, feeling a bit better today.
I'm so glad you are feeling better! Keep doing this, even when you aren't super stuffed..I very rarely get a stuffy nose, even when I have a cold! This will also help keep your sinuses clear of germs and allergens, dust, etc. Thanks for watching!!!
I've read mixed opinion about sinus draining methods (one most exotic is about chewing the beeswax), but glad it is helping you!
mkrp4 what did it say? I'd be interested in why this might not be good. It works so well!
Looking for sinus drainage, but was entertained but a beautiful teacher with a beautiful voice! Do you have a singing channel? 👍🏻😏
Hello! No singing channel, my choir students are the only ones who hear me sing. ☺️ Thanks so much for your kind words!!
Thank you it’s feels so much better and it does work !
I'm so glad!! It sure does!!
I have had such problems in my sinuses for so long that I have polyps completely filling the cavities. All the time, no relief ever. Do you think this would help? The ENT doctor says the only solution is to surgically remove them and I say yikes but after more than a decade I am about to do it. Thoughts?
Oh Gosh! I'm definitely no doctor but it never hurts to try it! It may give you some relief and perhaps prolong having to get the surgery a bit more? I was checked for polyps not that long ago...what an uncomfortable procedure! I can't imagine surgury up your nose! You poor thing!! Take care! ♥️♥️♥️
I've NEVER had a full blown Sinus Infection before, and Im 33. But this really helped! Thanxx!
You are so lucky! Keeping your lymph system drained is a life saver when you're down with sinus issues. I also highly recommend using a neti-pot as well. Its great for keeping sinus issues at bay! There are lots of videos here on youtube about it. Here's mine: ruclips.net/video/Jv4pQVEaHHE/видео.html
As somebody who has studied anatomy I just want to add that there are zero sinusses at the back of your head. Great video!
Well you've got me there, I have a Master's degree, but not in anatomy! I was referring to the sphenoid sinus. While it is not technically "on the back of the head", it is a pretty deep sinus that sits in the middle to the back of the head. I experience sinus pain the back of my head and neck, because my sphenoid sinus cavity is rather large, and in that case, it can extend past the occipital bone (which is does, as confirmed by my ENT and Chiropractor). That is why the back of the head part of this lymph massage works so well to get drainage going. Thanks for the view and comment! I feel better for those watching that I have clarified!
There are sinuses at the back??
Felt relief and drainage a lot in that part, thank you!
Crazy right?! I never knew that but a massage therapist told me there is a connection. That base of the skull massage always gets me draining!!
👍
😊
I wish there wasn’t music on this video. It was unwatchable even though the content looked good.
I’m so sorry you found it unwatchable. Perhaps I’ll get you on the next one. I do plan on doing more lymphatic massage content.
What about when your forehead hurts or the skin on the top of the scalp is sore?
I massage those areas as well...I'll need to do a video on that!!!
What is the drainage supposed to feel like?
It kind of feels like when you have a runny nose and it drips down the back of your throat. Kind of weird!
How often do you do this?
Hi! I do it anytime I'm feeling congested, anytime I feel a sinus headache coming, have a sore throat, when my ears feel full or plugged,, or just feel like I'm getting a cold or sick in general. You can do it as often as you'd like though!
At first i thought its jenny the hypnotherapist
Nope...just little ol' me!

Good video but Please lose the annoying background music. It's hard to focus on what you're saying. We dont need to be entertained at all times!
Thank you for the input. I don't do much of that these days. Sometimes its hard to jazz up a talking head video!
