    I love this addition to my lymph massage routine! I also do a gentle (GENTLE) eye / face lymph massage. Always with eye cream on my fingers because I don't want any pulling on my poor eyelids. It's a gentle one-two finger starting on inner top orbital bone and smoothing out to outer "corner" of the upper part of the bone. Then a gentle one-two finger starting on lower inner corner of orbital bone and smoothing out cheekbone to your ear. You can also do a gentle pulse on side of nose bridge right beside inner corner of eye. There are some good videos out there. Glad I found your channel!

      Oooh! I’ll have to add the face massage into my routine! I’ve started doing some guasha work for aesthetic purposes, but better still if it will help with drainage!

    We're going to give this a try. Mum and I already have bronchitos. I have stuffy nose too but when I blow my nose watery then yellow "stuff" comes out. If I keep that half of my face buried in the pillow in warmth a thick dark yellow, reddish "mucus"? comes out. Mum is not so lucky, nothing comes out when blowing her nose. We already take antibiotics and probiotics.

      I'm so glad you are feeling better! Keep doing this, even when you aren't super stuffed..I very rarely get a stuffy nose, even when I have a cold! This will also help keep your sinuses clear of germs and allergens, dust, etc. Thanks for watching!!!

    I have had such problems in my sinuses for so long that I have polyps completely filling the cavities. All the time, no relief ever. Do you think this would help? The ENT doctor says the only solution is to surgically remove them and I say yikes but after more than a decade I am about to do it. Thoughts?

    • @ChronicallyBeautifILL
      @ChronicallyBeautifILL  2 года назад

      Oh Gosh! I'm definitely no doctor but it never hurts to try it! It may give you some relief and perhaps prolong having to get the surgery a bit more? I was checked for polyps not that long ago...what an uncomfortable procedure! I can't imagine surgury up your nose! You poor thing!! Take care! ♥️♥️♥️

      You are so lucky! Keeping your lymph system drained is a life saver when you're down with sinus issues. I also highly recommend using a neti-pot as well. Its great for keeping sinus issues at bay! There are lots of videos here on youtube about it. Here's mine: ruclips.net/video/Jv4pQVEaHHE/видео.html

    As somebody who has studied anatomy I just want to add that there are zero sinusses at the back of your head. Great video!

    • @ChronicallyBeautifILL
      @ChronicallyBeautifILL  2 года назад

      Well you've got me there, I have a Master's degree, but not in anatomy! I was referring to the sphenoid sinus. While it is not technically "on the back of the head", it is a pretty deep sinus that sits in the middle to the back of the head. I experience sinus pain the back of my head and neck, because my sphenoid sinus cavity is rather large, and in that case, it can extend past the occipital bone (which is does, as confirmed by my ENT and Chiropractor). That is why the back of the head part of this lymph massage works so well to get drainage going. Thanks for the view and comment! I feel better for those watching that I have clarified!
