Hi Alexandra, I liked your videos, just wanted to know. If someone is having knees pain or a arthritis pain then how I can give massage over the knees areas?
Great question! The knee is a complex area when dealing with pain. A good starting point to try is massaging the front and outer side of the upper leg using the techniques from the 5 Basic Massage Strokes Video. A lot of people who are having knee pain have tight muscles in this area that end up pulling on the knee. This is a great idea for a video demonstration. I will add it to the list 😀
