I don't have cancer but I always wake up with a VERY puffy face and when I rub my face I can feel it drain in my throat. This was awesome and so much better than the beauty influencers doing lymph drainage tutorials with no background or education so I'm so glad I found a medical professional that actually knows what she's doing!

You are the best ever! The fall of last year, the Lord spoke to me to go to a certain hill not far from my home and go up it! I asked my daughter to go with me as I had no idea why He asked me to do this. Half way up, I began to hurt very bad, and then the pain went across the tops of both my shoulders
My daughter wanted to call an ambulances and I told her no that I would do what the Lord ask me to do. I had to stop 3 times but made it to the top. After 3 different times of doing this I realized my lymphatic system was what was clearing. I love the the way you just taught! I found out the hard way how important this exercise was. Thank you so much 💓

I am 2 weeks post covid and suffering from fatigue, depression etc. I was told to do this type of massage to help the brain drain the junk from the infection using the lymphatic system. Thank you for a thorough demonstration. Fingers crossed it clears it up! PS I am also a breast cancer survivor so had some amazing PT's who specialized in this after my surgery. You have a nice calming energy. Thank you for your service.

I was freaking out but the doctor said that sometimes this happens with a virus and to look up lymphatic massage. I did this last night and the KT tape in your other video and by morning it was decreased by half. I left the tape on and did this video again and it went down another half. Two weeks ago I had neck surgery (thyroidectomy and radical neck dissection to treat and hopefully cure medullary thyroid cancer). They took out 61 cervical and lateral lymph nodes from my central compartment. My ENT doctor wrote an order this past week for lymphodema treatments and I am now waiting for the Physical Therapy department at my hospital (I work there as an ICU Nurse) to call me to schedule the first appointment. As uncomfortable as I am though due to the edema in my neck, I decided to take matters into my own hands (literally) and I found your video. THANK YOU!!!
Of course I will follow through with the PT appointments and make sure the PT is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. But in the meantime, 20 minutes spent watching your video and following your instructions has led to significant relief of discomfort and pain. I'll be doing the exercises every morning and look forward to in-person sessions with a Certified Lymphedema Therapist to hone and fine-tune my ability to perform the massage technique (and enjoy the benefits of having the massage performed by a professional several times a week).
    Again, thank you!

I had a sore throat that was getting worse with a swollen throat. I tried this before bed. Apart from getting up to going to the toilet 4 times throughout the night, I slept wonderfully, and in the morning my throat was almost back to normal. So have just done it again and feel great. Just to add that I did do a salt gargle both last night and this morning. But I would attribute this technique to the major part of the healing. So many thanks.

I had throat cancer and was treated with proton therapy - as far as I know, I still don’t have any cancer , but I had to take some antibiotics (Bactrim and Levoflaxcin) that caused lymphedema to occur in my neck, under my jaw and chin. I really appreciate your video in demonstrating the therapy. I’ll try to use it daily. Naturally, a CT scan has been ordered to be on the safe side. The good thing is I don’t have any of the cancer symptoms and one of the drs told me it looked like lymphedema. Either way, wish me luck and thank you for your time in demonstrating this therapy!!

What’s fascinating is that the science shows that we’re not losing stem cells with age, it’s the lymphatic system that is degrading and according to these research scientists, the lymphatic system is critical for stem cell activation. Thanks to you…I have a better understanding on how to tune up my lymphatic system.

I have been struggling with "migraines" and tinnitus (both pulsating and high pitched) for over 18 months. I strongly suspect chronic intracranial pressure/Hypertension but it hasnt been diagnosed. I found another video which suggested lymphatic drainage exercises, and then found this.
Alongside another video for eustacian tube dysfunction exercises, the 2 combined have done something! My left ear feels strange, the pulsating tinnitus is almost gone and for the first time in ages, my head feels "lighter". Thankyou so much.

In 2016, I had 41 lymph nodes removed from a neck dissection operation for base of the tongue cancer. I avoided radiation and chemotherapy because all the lymph nodes were negative but I developed secondary lymphedema throughout my head and neck area. Since this development, I have been trained in many lymphedema and fibrosis message techniques. I came across this technique about a year ago and do it daily.

Kinda surprised it worked! I would love a follow up how to push stuff over to the "good" side as I had nodes removed in the clavical on one side and I suspect things are getting backed up on that side. I don't know the technical term besides "stuff" :)

This is great, thank you! I was curious and don't know if I missed if it was mentioned.. if a certain area is compromised, are there any adjustments that should be made? Either spending more time in that area or avoiding that area? Like should I avoid draining from the head to the neck on the side that is compromised, or maybe try to move it all to the side that is not? I had a lymph node removed from the right side of my neck about a year ago.

Suggestion for video: I would love to have a tutorial that focused specifically on the glymphatic system. The head/neck video is helpful of course and probably includes most of what you would include for the glymphatic system - but there could be some additional movements that would be more specific. thanks!
