My love life with women has been an enlightening journey of self discovery. As they say "The journey is more important than the destination." Best opener I have used and often works for me is saying "excuse me, you're cute af". 9/10 this works. Girls love compliments. Facts of the matter of is, if a girl really is into you....you can just about say everything. She'll take it from there.

Step 2: fully accept approach anxiety, admit that you need to find a way to deal approach anxiety and that that's perfectly fine. We all have approach anxiety, we all feel it and there is absolutely no reason to feel ashamed about approach anxiety!
Step 3: worst case / best case of what approach anxiety can do for you (if you let it). Eliminating approach anxiety doesn't need to occur if you let it guide you, guide you into your own personal freedom!

I went to the pharmacy in the building that I worked in, and the cashier girl was extra friendly with me, right as she was handing me her receipt, she caressed one of my fingers with one of hers. I took the receipt, looked at it, and told her "This receipt is missing something". She made a concerned look and said "what's missing?" I responded with "your phone number". She said that she liked that, and she wrote her phone number on the receipt. The phone call later on didn't go well, however.

This was the best video on this subject so far, because this is my main issue. That whole "try to approach ten new" challenge thing is stupid. Well, why? The chance of rejection is much bigger from random people. I tried one day and decided that if i only talked to one stranger it was great, and i also had a great idea for approaching. I wanted a photo of me filming my next video for my channel and i even brought a extra camera. Do i need to say i finished shooting the video without talking to anyone? The whole idea was just stupid. This video gives a great mindset.

One of my favorite approaches that I did:
I see a very cute girl (9.0) walking in front of me wearing small tight shorts that say "PURDUE" on them. So I walk a little faster so that I can walk by her, and as I'm walking by, I slow down to match her velocity and tell her "Excuse me.. I couldn't help but notice your butt.."
She responded the way a woman would to a random stranger complimenting her looks.. a sorta awkward "thanks?"
I continued with "That's my favorite brand of chicken!"
She immediately started laughing and said she liked that. There was a short conversation, which resulted in getting her number. The phone call later on didn't go well, however.

Hey brotha! Congratulations! Actually taking the time/effort to get the clothes is SUCH a big step. If you got clothes that DO fit correctly, and you went from wearing clothes that DIDN'T fit correctly (likely because they were too big?), it will take some time to get used to wearing them.
It's easy to overthink it at first. Try wearing them, consistently, for a month... if after that, you don't feel GOOD wearing them, come back and we can come up with a plan B!

My problem is not approaching people as i do that all the time. It is not noticing when women are interested in me until it is too late. My other issue is that I do not like wasting time. I am not likely to approach women unless i know they are single. I do not want to go up to a woman simply to have her be in a relationship. Personally i would prefer to way dating was done 500 years ago where my parents would have simply set me up with someone . I would prefer the arranged marriage or have a matchmaker set up dates for me from eligible singles in my areas. I date because i want to find a wife not to simply have fun.

Trust me you will learn all these steps ,only when you will start approaching girls in public , without watching videos or reading how to approach them. So follow the 3 second rule ,when you see a beautiful girl just go to her immediately and say what you want to say .

I suggest, rather than approaching girls, to join some sort of group where you can meet them and get to know them naturally. Church group, co-ed sports team, etc.
