Hi Anna , thank you for the effort and the informative videos, my qstn is : As an IMG should I do FY1 and FY2 to be able to aplly for a non-training job ?
Fy1 from home country mandatory, if in UK then you have to complete foundation training to get registered with GMC. The first step either or is GMC registration
Thank you for this video! One question, after I do 1 year of a non-training job, and I don't get a job after that contract is over, I lose my VISA right? I'm very concerned about the difficulty of getting that second job after the first job is done. Is it as difficult as securing the first job?
Getting the first job is the hard part, once you are in the system you can even move from department to department in the same trust and they give you new contract, new COS, each time.
@@DoctorAnnaa omg thank you for your response! Ok I’m glad to hear that. Are all non-training jobs a year long though or are some a few months long? Thank you again for responding!
thank you so much for your video. I would like to ask you: what type of jobs do people usually apply for as a non-training job once Full Registration is provided?
I really like your videos and your talk❤ thank you Anna
thankyou 🥰
I totally agree with you👍

To get into the system I think it is best to apply for any and all possible jobs advertised. Once you are in, then you can change etc etc
what about the ">18months - Overqualification" for the Core training is it really a problem? and how could someone avoid it
It is a problem and you shouldn’t work in the field you want to apply.
