I now see it's a reference to a future build and given the popularity of the character, it was inevitable you'd do this one. I couldn't have wished for a better "thank you"!

Hey, I'm sorry to hear about your loss, but I'm glad the videos have been a source of comfort. Its never easy to keep going without people you care about. But every day is another chance to remember the time you had with them.
Episode #198 of the Fire Emblem stats: King Bradley. Bradley has quite a few strengths: swords, brawling, authority, and heavy armor. He has weaknesses in faith and reason because he's not an alchemist. His attack, speed, and luck are monstrous, but unlike the rest of the homunculi, he has pretty average HP and defenses.
Bradley is my second favorite homunculus he took out a tank with a sword and a grenade. My favorite homunculus is Greed I would say long death monk works well for him here's hoping he gets a video in the near future.
Wow! I have absolutely no idea who this character is or what their schtick is! But do you know what I do know about? I know how high a demand there is for an Anderson Cooper build. You should make one of those!
T, H, A, N, O. Those are emphasized letters in Tulok's latest thumbnails. If we consider the possibility of the letters being an anagram, what characters could this be?
Action surge reads "on your turn, you can take 1 additional action on top of your regular action AND a possible bonus action." I thought this meant with 2 weapon fighting action surge gives another off hand attack.
It does not unfortunately, it just meant "in addition to the 2 actions this feature allows you to take, if you have anything that grants a bonus action you can use that as well" basically just clarifying that it doesn't replace the bonus action
The problem with that is that Barbarians use rage to augment their Strength and Bradley doesn't need augmented Strength. So while anger is in character, raging isn't.
At first I was in agreement, the lack of rage seemed odd for Wrath the Furious but then I started looking into it and I can't disagree with Tulok. Using rage means having to attack with strength, not dexterity. Second is that entering rage means no spell casting, a huge problem with this build. The Unarmored Defence would be good, even if you never raged but what would you give up? Superior Critical or 3rd level spells? That's a hard choice.
When you get down to it "Wrath" isn't really wrathful. It's one thing the older FMA anime got right, I think: Bradley really seems like the embodiment of Pride.
@@swaswj414 oh no, he's incredibly wrathful, It's just not Rage, its a cold and calm Fury. He never loses his composure or calm demeanor Original Fullmetal alchemist's Pride is a good direction for the character in the situation that that show was presented with. But I like the Wrath version a lot better
It's interesting diving into maxing out in those criticals, in theory I think you could probably do that slightly better with battlemaster and some kind of sorcerer, That way his charisma would able to be higher, making him more of a leader and intimidating, also sorcery I think fits more thematically with physical augmentations, as it doesn't use things like a spell book amd seems to just indicate inherent power The spells you could gain access to as a sorcerer would basically just be the exact same as the wizards, so you can still get shield hast longstrider, I just like the uses of quicken that mean he could quicken haste turn 1, and proceed to make a 60ft dash and 7 attacks it would also be a thing to only use a single rapier at that point, and battle master maneuvers to knock enemies prone or send them flying with pushing attack I think seems very thematic, I personally would just likely not go the route to maximise how many crits you can get, and instead focus on just maximising advantage
Dual Wielding is in no way inferior to great weapon master. Especially when combined with a crit based build. The more you roll, the better your odds of landing a crit. It has a lower average damage but a higher maximum and can pair really well with Brute Die, Hunter's Mark or Rage.
"Lower average damage" Then the damage *is* worse. That's how averages work. Especially since averages already take into account stuff like crits. Sure if you have good on-hit damage bonuses then it gets pretty close.
@@xdragoonzero0 I'd say otherwise, average damage per attack yes, but consistency is also an important part of it and dual wielding offers a higher chance, this more consistency.

I know I said this before but I'd like to request that you make a build for yourself. The Ice Climbers build and video were excellent and super fun.
This build is pretty great, but I'd much wRather play a half-orc, what'd that be like? Pros: stat boosts will make you a humonculot stronger and sturdier early on, relentless endurance will make you even harder to kill, and half-orc gishes are perfection. Plus half-orcs are hot. Cons: You're playing more into dex than strength but you've got enough ASI's that that's handled Verdict: half-orcs are hot, play a half-orc King Bradley
OMG you actually did it! And on one of my fav characters in the series! I can't wait to try this build out; though ironically even tho my server will probably allow me to use the homunculi homebrew race, V human may be better for the lvl 1 feat xD.
I noticed that. I was expecting more people to pick that up. glad I wasn't the only one. I would really be excited to see how a Thanos build would work.
One, he confirmed in the discord that they may not be in order. This is further reinforced by the fact that there's no available S- unless he uses a character with an S in their name, which he isn't- he's doing rocket.
Before I watch I’m going to guess that Bradley is an Inquisitive Rogue and Battlemaster Fighter, with maybe a dip into Barbarian. Edit: Well I was wrong

I'm casting a vote for a video on how to build Scar from FMA. He's a literal monk in the show, so I'm curious if you'll actually make him a DnD Monk or not.
Hey quick question, if you're mixing wizard levels into a melee fighter or vice versa, doesn't true strike make a little bit of sense? If you get in range to cast true strike (30 ft) and close the distance next turn, but are not already close enough to make a melee attack, then cast it then close the distance next turn for that attack with advantage. I have not tried this in a game, so please forgive me if it does not work this way.
I always thought Bradley would be a Battle Master Fighter + either a Bladesinger or War Magic Wizard. Bladesong turns your Int modifier into moar AC and better Conc. Checks, and at 6th level you can turn any spell slots you're not using into damage reduction (absorbing 5x the slot's level in damage is pretty nice for survival). War Magic, meanwhile, lets you use a reaction to get +2 AC or +4 to a saving throw, adds your Int modifier to Initiative rolls, and - if you actually use a spell slot to Counterspell (just flavor as him literally CUTTING THE MAGIC INTO PIECES) - deal a little bit extra damage equal to half your wizard level. At 10th level in this school, you get a +2 to AC and saves while concentrating on a spell (which is perfect because Haste). The battle master just seemed more thematic because he pulls off a LOT of masterful techniques in his fighting, whether it's dodging attacks from behind, scaring old ninjas into submission or disarming them completely. The alternate archetype would probably be Brute, because he takes a LOT of damage and keeps going, and Brute offers some pretty solid bonuses to all saving throws - an extra 1d6 is free Bardic Inspiration, which is amazing.
Love your videos! I thought it was cannon in the same series where Bradley is wrath that he is second to Sloth for fastest! If I’m wrong I’m wrong but random thing I remembered!

If you get in range to cast true strike (30 ft) and close the distance next turn, but are not already close enough to make a melee attack, then cast it then close the distance next turn for that attack with advantage.
I have not tried this in a game, so please forgive me if it does not work this way.
Dude! Fuck yeah! Bradley's RAD, was super excited when I saw this.
Tulok, thank you for making my dream come true
Love your videos!
I thought it was cannon in the same series where Bradley is wrath that he is second to Sloth for fastest! If I’m wrong I’m wrong but random thing I remembered!
Unrelated, did you ever watch the Heroes tv series Tulok? If so, how hard would a build of Hiro, Peter, or Sylar be to make? If not, give it a try perhaps. I thought it was good.
Totally thought this was going to be a fighter/monk build. but i need a king for a campaign and this is it lol
I know it would be too much wizard investment but i really wanted him to get "steel wind strike" cause this spell is basically just an anime attack
I'd love to see a Cleric Preston from Equilibrium build. I think that could be an interesting challenge for you.
Don't worry Tulok. We all like you ♥️
Obviously, do this on your own schedule, but I hope we eventually see builds for the rest of the homunculi. Brotherhood is my all-time favorite anime. #DecemberTulokRewatch
