I haven't seen the film and even I can see how this is the best way to cap off the Ant-Man trilogy.
spoiler alert: don't watch it. unless you want to see bad CGI, and Darren not being a dick (movie joke), and unless you want to see loki and mobious in the post credits scene, and a bunch of kangs gathering, and, also

I did however watch GotG 3 two days after it premiered because I wanted to watch that film. The MCU hasn't been must-watch since Eternals/Ms Marvel.

I really liked this concept.
Scott Lang being beaten by Kang and left in Quantum Realm, spending time with the Freedom Fighters, gain knowledges about the realm and Kang.
When he finds the way back to his world, he can warn them about the incoming threat of Kang and everything he knows in those time he stucks there.
(Alternate the whole Endgame situation he was in, stuck in the Quantum Realm without knowing the threat Thanos did to his world)
You’re right, that’d be a great reversal of him coming back to the real world in Endgame and not knowing what happened
I’d also love for Loki (at the end of Season 2) to be the one who warns the Avengers about Kang. That’d be awesome to see because he was the villain of Avengers 1

@@joeytaylor1021this is also what i've been expecting to happen, since Loki have gone through the multiverse thing many times, it would be a huge teist on his character that he would be informing ghe Avengers about Kang, rather than Scott
This is actually how I wanted the movie to end. A cliffhanger where Kang is on the loose and extremely dangerous would’ve been a lot better than the ending we got as it would’ve made me more excited for the future of the MCU
My question is, what would’ve Kang done once he returned to the main universe? His suit was damaged and he would’ve had none of his futuristic technology with him, so he had no access to his resources, I wonder what his plan was if he would’ve returned
As kinda a serious thing, similar to Mr. Peabody and Sherman, when Mr. Peabody is stuck in the past, he gets the resources to build himself a new time machine, so perhaps kang could do something similar

If Tony could build a Prototype Iron Man suit in a cave with a scientist. I'm sure Kang would be able to make a Time Machine with whatever he could fine.

In a different story, Cassie Lang would be the only survivor, Scott after losing everything would face Kang alone to try to stop him, without success. After Kang managed to cross the portal, something would go wrong, sending Kang to another time in another universe, where he would begin his conquest, connecting to Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

Well I would be sad cause ant man is one of my favourite mcu heros but if he died then we would be going no where already we lost iron man but ironheart is taking his role, Captain america, black widow, black panther but shuri took his place, now guardians of the galaxy broke up and I guess some of the will not return, (apparently) wanda is dead but I don't believe it, quicksilver, vision
Hawkeye retired (my favourite avenger) but Kate Bishop 😑 is taking his role I don't think i forgot anyone and at this rate if we lost ant man the mcu would end faster then I thought just a couple more heros left but I'm glad antbman didn't die

This was the ending I was expecting to see to be honest. Although I thought Scott would survive & be stuck in the Quantum Realm. But nooooo they gave us the most Disney channel ending ever. I’m not even excited to Kang anymore. I’m literally yawning as I’m typing.

honestly this would be a really dark and great start for the multiverse saga
I had high expectations going into the movie. Even the music between the fight was Sad, I was 95% sure Scott will and Kang will escape but Then writers remembered Hope was in the movie. So yeah this is much better than whole Antman 3.

This idea as it was the original ending of the film, but in January before the release of the film there were reshoots and they recorded the ending that we ended up seeing in the final cut. Too bad because that outcome would have been very interesting for the story and what is to come in the multiversal saga.
What Kang will do first thing on earth: 00:24 buying flowers.
I’m just saying, when king arrived in the city street, he should’ve just waltzed around doing the bully Maguire dance. That would’ve been the greatest ending in cinematic history.

I somehow thought you were going to have Kang do something similar to the emo Peter Parker dance lmao.
The funny thing is Kang getting through puts him at a disadvantage because he has to fight Hope and Cassie who haven’t gotten their helmets broken yet. AND Scott can still come through the portal too to help them. The only disadvantage they have is that Kang probably still has some super strength from his suit.
Well that’s one ending to show that is in fact the real kang and he is going to take what was rightfully his

This was the ending people were expecting we thought ant man will die I feel like marvel were too much of a wimps to kill Scott off would have been a well ending showing how dangerous Kang is
Kang was originally going to escape with the ant family except Cassie being stuck in the quantum realm that would’ve been a better ending however in the ending we got Scott is haunted that defeating kang made way for his variants

We all had that in our mind It would be sad if scott died but it would make the ending and maybe the movie better
No this is is a worse ending Let me explain why. In the original ending everything seems normal like it was way to easy however as soon as Scott walks down the street he starts to panic questioning if killing him really was the right thing to do, all the while we see purple and green colours all around Scott , the same colours as Kang the conqueror we see all the pedestrians acting very strange around Scott like they’re suprised to see him and we see a graffiti of ant man with a love heart around him almost like a memorial , At one point we see a man and a women walk past Scott then the camera cut past and they are in front of him again bare in mind the women in the couple is wearing green and a women in front of her is wearing purple 👀 I believe Kang never died and started altering Scott’s timeline or trapped him in a different universe or a time loop

Scott wouldn't need to die, but Kang had to win in this movie.
If they wanred Ant-Man to lead the charge against Kang, he should've been trapped down in the Quantum Realm; so that when he finally gets back out, he's the first one on the frontlines against Kang.

Kang should've escaped, but maybe without his tech. I want to see him build his tech again from scratch or have a good hand to hand combat with Hawkeye/Shang Chi or some random SHIELD agents.

I love this movie, CGI was fine in my opinion (I just dont care), plot was fantastic (It was fantastic, acting was off but then again if this was made back in 2016-18 no one would have noticed, characters (simply fantastic) and everything else was great, no idea what people complaining about

Yup that's a better ending he doesn't have to kill Ant-Man but he would severely hurt him and the rest of the family has to let Kang go and go back in the quantum realm to save Scott before he dies the original ending is this not the killing Scott but the original ending Kang got out but marvel did re-shoots 1 month before the release that's beyond ridiculously to change an ending and get he cgi looking right all in 1 month impossible that's why this movie was a failure marvel always messes up the movies and endings blah 🤮🤮🤮
