Time stone is by far probably the most terrifying stone out of all of them. Seeing how Dr.Strange was able to put dormammu in an infinite time loop, that thing is literally a fate worse than death.
Literally he beat dormamuu by annoying him until he said “you know what fine”

There were many flaws with that movie and didn't even include the stones, but yes, the Time stone could absolutely have easily stopped Thanos if we didn't have characters being stupid dor the convenience of the plot.
It needed due to an enemy worse than Thanos could came at any time after him, Strange know this. If he did beat Thanos. Enemies as Scarlet Witch or Galactus will appeared by that defeat. Mayhaps Kang will overruled them.
I love how the collector explains that only extremely powerful beings such as celestials can wield the infinity stones and then his assistant is like “nah I can do it”

I always thought the snap does any single thing you choose, almost like being granted a wish. In Thanos' case, it was erasing half of all living beings in the universe, in Hulk's case it was bringing the people he erased back, and in Stark's case it was erasing Thanos and his army. The Power stone also seems to amplify the power of any other stone when used at the same time.

It's wrong to assume that combination of all stones amounts to a very specific power of mass genocide. It's just what an uncreative mind like Thanos could think of. All stones combined are like having a real birthday wish. Literally nothing is impossible.
Want your crush to like you? Mind stone alone can do that.
Want your city to advance immensely? Reality stone + Mind Stone to improve ingenuity of town's people.
Want your dead loved ones to come back? Soul stone alone.

I loved that scene with The Guardians of the Galaxy and the Power Stone. So beautiful. They shared that pain.
Snap isn't just mass destruction- it's literally granting a wish to the one who does the snap. You can wish for balance, you can wish for return, you can wish for death of half of the life

I love how everytime Thanos acquires a stone, he uses it within the scene or the next. So the audience knows exactly what they do/why they're important.

I think the mind stone is also somehow capable of mimicking the abilities of other infinity stones, an example of this is wanda’s powers being more kin to the reality stone, and her brother’s super speed having time stone like qualities. (his powers function more like he speeds up time around himself which causes the time outside of that to slow down).

Gotta admit, I love the Soul Stone more after this video. The ability to soul trap is just insane (I've played too much Skyrim) like its a powerful ability when used correctly.
But if I compare that to the rest of the stones, I would most probably get the Time Stone or Reality Stone. Space, Mind and Power being my last choices.

From what the comics show, the Reality stone is far more powerful than how it's seen as in this. Allowing the user to overwrite reality and even be powerful enough to create another infinity stone.
For me that’s the most powerful stone I mean you could even use it to warp reality and just make your enemies dissapear or die since it controls reality that or I’m just dumb and I don’t know how it works

The reason why Thanos or anyone has the power to wipe out 50% if not all of life in the universe is because:
1. The Time Stone assures that all living beings die at the same time
2. The Space Stone allows the spread of this mass death sentence across the cosmos/universe
3. The Reality Stone assures everyone who is affected by the snap is dusted
4. The Soul Stone picks who lives and dies
5. The Mind Stone allows the user of the gauntlet to use his/her mind to pretty much bring into existence what he/she wants the stones to do.
6. The Power Stone gives the user the power to do whatever the user wants with the stone. The Power stone is essentially the most important because it acts as a battery toward the other stones. Without it, the powers of other stones will kill who ever uses them at once.
What’s funny is how Endgame shows us that the Infinity Stone’s combined Energy / Death Wave still needs to travel outward from Planet Earth and only from Planet Earth...even if he does have the Space Stone.

One of the most powerful tings about the reality stone is that it doesn't just create illusions but it creates the reality of what something actually was. That was a real Thanos who he created weak enough to be killed; those were the real images of what life was like on that planet; he was showing what the collection actually looked like before he destroyed it all.
I think its amazing how they show doctor stranger strength by showing how Thanos needed multiple stones and even multiple at once just to beat strange. While all the others he could do with just 1 stone at a time. Really shows how strong he is!

Tbh the snap probably felt as if they were gone for like a second, it probably felt like a blink to them ngl. I would’ve definitely rather been snapped away than have to deal with losing my loved ones for years and them coming back the same whilst I got older. Like imagine me being older than my own older brother or the same age if he got snapped away, it would’ve been so weird.
I feel like all of the stones are capable of at least a basic energy blast of like gamma radiation or something. Collector said they all have crazy power in them. People say Strange held the time stone so it’s harmless but he didn’t hold it, it was floating between his fingers.

At 6:26, after Thanos fires a power stone blast at the Guardians and they seemingly "die", you can see the soul stone glowing in the next shot (not shown in the video). Recently, a deleted scene was released where Doctor Strange informs Spider-Man that Thanos removed the souls from the Guardians. So, Life Preservation should be changed to Soul Separation.

I've thought about it, and I think Wanda's powers are better attributed to the reality stone. She (like the stone) creates tangible realities. She messes with people's minds by giving them images of a possible reality. I mean, after all, her power is red, not yellow.

Actually her power's source, unlike quicksilver, does not originate from the mind stone itself. She is a naturally gifted witch. Kind of like a mutant, but actually not because her powers are (most probably) not from the X gene but from chthon, the God of chaos. The mind stone simply amplified her already existing powers along with giving her mind control and illusion abilities. This is evident as in wandavision, we can see a flashback where wanda is a kid ; and a missile drops near her. She and pietro should have died but her power stopped the missile from exploding.

The holder of time stone was the necklace of dr. Strange. the power stone is an orb, the round shape one. the space stone is the tesserect, the squate one. and the reality is an Aether, a fluid one and it was placed to Jane's body and injected out, by Rocket in End game. The mind stone was protected by skepter in avengers 1 then it was protected by Vision since age of ultron, and the soul stone was protected by Red skull in Vormir

Phenomenal video and great attention to detail. I'm pretty sure Wanda had powers since birth though, so not all of Wanda's feats are from the mind stone. That does mean "mind enhancement/awakening" is added the the mind stone's list.

I love how the space stone doesn’t have infinite power over the stars and the galaxy it literally has infinite control over the concept of space, as in the distance between two things. He didn’t bring Doctor Strange towards him he literally removed the space between them, he grabbed the shards of the mirror dimension and condensed them into a black hole. He made it so the Hulk Buster didn’t take up any space.

I imagine someone -- even an Earth human -- who can psionically/mentally tap into and harness the power of the Stones. S/he doesn't have to be in actual physical possession of the Stones to use their power. S/he has psi or mental link to the Stones. I've theorised that Wanda has this power but she hasn't developed it and may not even be conscious of this at this point.

I think the mind stone also grants the user complete and total control of all the stones, as well as using them to their full potential without any mental repercussions.
Some of these were with the use of more than one infinity stone...
-He used the reality and space stones to manipulate the terrain and pull Dr. Strange close to him. (changed reality in the sense that he was closer to him than he really was, and space to pull him towards him)
-He used the power and soul stones to find the real version (literally powered up the Soul Stone to amplify it's power to find a Soul)
-He used the space and power stones to create the meteorites
(power stone to break up the moon and the space stone to create holes in space to bring them much closer, so as tocome crashing down directly on the Avengers)
-He uses the space and reality stones to destroy the piece of the ship and turn it into bat creatures (the power stone literally destroys the entire thing and the debris is then changed into 'bats' via the debris reality becoming living matter that attacks)
-When torturing Nebula he uses the Space and Power Stones together (Space to pull apart different areas and power to amplify that so it caused "power" to physically harm her as it pulled away at her)
-He uses the Power and Space Stones to turn the fire brought on by the explosion into a liquid stream (the power stoned absorbed the fire into something that could be utilized then the space stone was able to directionalize it into a stream back at Iron Man)
-Right after being awoken by Quill's stupidity he uses The Power and Soul Stones to throw out a wave of pure energy at Mantis, Drax and Quill (using the Soul Stone specifically to keep them all alive and hold back the Power stones energy from killing the 3 of them...he only tried killing the Avengers specifically when it came to ones he saw as a legitimate threat such as being attacked head on like Dr. Strange and Iron Man)
...those are just some of the times there are more I know especially since the power stone makes all of the other stones really gain their full potential
That time against Strange he used the Soul Stone not only to find him but he also knocked his soul out for a moment and then used the Reality Stone to negate his dimensional barrier..
Thanos also was going to use the power, space, reality, and soul stones to kill Tony on Titan.
I lowkey want to know what he was going to do though.
No he used the power stone he used the power stone to destroy the Clones, then used the soul stone to detect the real Dr strange and use the reality stone to make him come to thanos

Thanos is the only one using them at 1/100 of their real power. Everyone else quite suck... Look at Vision, for example, why couldn't he manipulate minds to turn enemies into allies ?

Thanos also had the benefit of time. He got each individual stone and gradually boosted his ability to use them

To be more accurate: with all the stones, you can exert your will across the universe. Thanos' will was mass grnocide, but you could also just have cured world hunger.
Curing world hunger is a much more complex action that requires constant use of the gauntlet, and I don't think any known being in the Marvel universe could wield such power

That's not the stone ability. That's Vision/vibranium ability. He has been able to phase without the stone in the comics. That's just Vision ability.
He even lifted thor's hammer mjolnir.

@@thesaladolla as a result of the overwhelming gamma energy of the stones and the raw strain of the stones on the body, soul, and mind. It would have let us explore the character further now that he woulda have had some harmony with hulk and then learned how it felt to lose it and make peace with savage hulk in a new way.

They messed up the Reality Stone’s power in Thor: The Dark World, when the Aether’s convergence portals formed it would fit more as a Space Stone power.
He was going to alter the entire universe to be in a perpetual state of darkness. Sounds like reality manipulation to me.
@@bee14ish true, but having the Reality Stone/Aether an ability to create portals into any space/realms makes the Space Stone less significant.
All the stones grants their desires actually, Thanos wanted to get rid of half all life, then he snapped again to destroy the stones, then banner/hulk snapped to bring back those snapped by thanos(which was his desire at the time), and then Tony wanted to get rid of Thanos which was his desire. The gamma radiation is on point though.
The "pain iducement" is not a power, the energy is so strong it might cause death when touched... just that (and that only happens in the mcu, its truth, but its not a power, all the stones do that)
