This bus was originally new to Calgary Transit in 1967 as #615 and was retired and sold to Perimeter Transportation in 1985 as #665 and worked the Expo86 in Vancouver British Columbia that year. It was used in the TV Series 21 Jump Street in BC Transit red and blue stripe livery as well. Eventually, It came back to Calgary to operate for nearly 20 more years in the Red Arrow Motor Coach for the Spruce Meadows Shuttle fleet and Charter work. It was sold in early 2016 to a private owner. Авто/Мото
The best of all busses. Air ride suspension also provides the smoothest of all rides. ❤
Holy crap such a long life
What is the difference between Hydraulic and non-hydraulic transmissions?
I can tell the difference in the sounds of the buses as they run and drive.
oh wow
MCTS has these in T6H-5301 I remember back in the 80s when they where green or orange than they where painted over in white with the green stripe they where retired in 2001 and I just found out the only one they have is 1925 and that’s in Union Illinois at the bus and railroad museum

no stop request sign
+Aaron West It was optional until the late 1970's.
Ooh so it was just a ding with the cord was pulled?
+Aaron West - Yes. No indicator on the dash either. So if the Operator did not hear it for some reason or simply forgot.... Well, you get the idea.
@Randy Wiesendanger Until the operator switched the bell off! :-p
@Randy Wiesendanger well of course! Very known knowledge!
