Sorry but this sounds like a 6V-71.
GM always had their mufflers set up to where you heard more Engine itself than exhaust. Causing a Vaccum Cleaner/6v71 sound for everything be it V6 or V8.
@@369Bandido 6v71 RTS II's sounded a little different for some reason. More like an electric mixer.
