HI Julie good luck with Etsy. Can you let us know the costs involved - is it a monthly subscription or an amount per item plus obviously a percentage fee per item I presume. Plus last question - do they take a percentage of the postage fee?
I would complain to Etsy re your 1 star review as its inaccurate. Also i flip from star seller to non star seller regularly it doesnt make any difference to my sales.

I love Etsy but sales have always been slow for me on this platform. Not sure I’m going wrong. When they do come they are good though. Keep going 💪🏽
