Purchased: August 2023 - still works GREAT!I ruclips.net/user/postUgkxxsUnXhGsSJLim_XnMHyQK0u3XVaW-CGn live in a studio and during the summer it gets scorching hot - really old building with no ac units. I can’t express how EASY it was to install. This unit has been a life savior during the summer and some days during other seasons where it can still be a bit warm at night. In this small place is my friend, a husky, poodle mix and myself. We need AC - lolI don’t use the dehumidifier option - I’m not sure if it will leak in my house, since I did not install the small draining hose that came with it. May look into it late but I don’t worry about much humidity in the apartment. I don’t understand why the negative reviews since all things mentioned, I personally did not find issues with. Definitely worth it!

We came home from work after a storm. Lights and ac worked fine but the fridge would only work on propane. I tried everything! Flipped breakers, checked fuses, even did the shorel line/battery reset. Turns out gfci switch in the bathroom! I was CRYING when I found your video!

You were right on! Had a storm blow through, lost power, came back on and the frig would only run on propane. I did exactly like you did, couldn't find the issue, after awhile thinking about it I googled the issue and there's your video!!! Yep, I checked the bathroom GFI and yes it was tripped. You totally saved me calling the repair guy!!

My check light on the fridge was on and not getting any cooling to fridge. Flipped the GCI and it’s working again. Also my propane heat/furnace was not shutting off automatically. The GCI flip solved that issue as well. Thank you so much for this posting

This seriously was a lifesaver, The first thing I did was check fuses and check breakers and check the outlet behind the fridge before I even watch the video, I was hopeless and stumped lol. Who would’ve thought a button on a plug in the bathroom would turn my fridge on lmfao

THANK YOU! I was just ready to tear into the refrigerator to find out what was wrong. I had my trailer washed yesterday and today I noticed my Norcold fridge would not work on electric, but it did on gas. I wish I would have thought about the GFCI because, duh, things got wet! As soon as I saw your video, I thought, "This must be it!" At least I hoped it was. And it was!! Thank you again. You're the man!

It's the night before leaving for a weekend getaway and the fridge would work on gas and dc but NO ac power. Played with the buttons over and over, circuit breakers, you name it I checked it. What a great feeling to push the GFCI reset and away the fridge goes on full ac power. Thanks for posting this very simple and yet amazingly helpful video!

Thanks for this video, however it was not my problem. If this is not your problem but you are seeing these symptoms go to the outside of your camper, and open up the panel on the outside of the fridge. Unplug the plug you see to disconnect power. There is a small black plastic box. Pop off the cover and there is a small glass fuse. In my case the glass fuse had blown. Still a very simple fix.

I moved my Bunkhouse everything was working. Then after getting it setup the refrigerator was not coming on. The green light was on but no sound not cooling. Turned off slept on it. Then I started watching different videos on troubleshooting. Thank the lord for people who take the time to share information! I started checking for reset buttons I have only one. Then I checked all fuses then I opened the refrigerator and unplugged and replugged the little cable that is inside boom it came on! I was over the moon now we wait and see if it cools! I had a breaker put in so I could run my little camper here on my property. I don't have the battery hooked up yet that will be next after I watch a few videos! Thank you sir for sharing with newbies such as my self!

Thank you so much. I'd already lost over $200 of groceries once because I did not realize there was a gfci plug in the bathroom. A month a half later, I reset my gfci inverter, unplugged and replugged everything in every combination. I was ready to cry, that we would lose all of our food again and I wouldn't be able to replace it. I'd watched an hour of videos, did a ton of reading... Even trying to understand all about gfcis.... It was the bathroom outlet that I never use.

My norcold 3way fridge was not running off AC power. Had two fault codes on it. A and F. Indicating AC power was not available. The 15amp blade fuse was okay inside the trailer...was going crazy, gfci in bathroom was good also. Went outside and opened fridge access panel. Unhooked all power and found that the 5amp 250V glass fuse was fried. Replaced it and now it works perfectly on AC power. East fix after alot of reading and checking.
