- Lebo M, composer of The Lion King, happened to be in the audience during this concert. In an impromptu inspired moment, this SA music legend ran to the stage and joined the boys in his own song. The boys adapted their performance quickly and a truly magnificent moment was captured on camera.

SUCH MAJESTIC RINGING FROM THOSE DJEMBES, makes me want to dance with them.
I can't imagine what that must have felt like. I idolized Lebo M as a teenager and well into my 20s. To have him come up on stage, to be able to sing a song (probably his second most famous song behind "Nants Ingonyama") with him...I don't know if I'd have been able to handle it.

This is how happiness looks like. The choir was spectacular.
They sing, they dance, they play musical instruments, and they are able to adapt to sudden change. I have looked at the school website, and they do WAY more than I ever did at school.
I love music and play clarinet, EWI and guitar. Not to this level, but only to enjoy myself. I can't read music, and I don't like singing in public or dancing at all. But to be able to watch these boys doing everything I have trouble doing, and enjoying themselves, makes me appreciate what the school does for the boys.

No way! It could've turned out that way had he lingered or ignored the rest of the choir/musicians. But look at the way his presence and performance AMPLIFIED the energy of the room, the boys, the musicians. What a gift to give to them!
