His energy and enjoyment....unbelievable. He was interviewed at 60 as to why he just doesn't rest on his royalties. He said, 'What am I going to do? Garden? My 16 yr old says I'm an attention whore...maybe that's it". Whatever it is, please keep going Boss!
Man to pull off the move at 1:00 is just pure showmanship.
Thats why he is the boss!
I’ve watched it 100 times. That’s landing on the scene “
It's impossible for this man not to give 100%. The best.
When he told everyone to get the fuck up at the beginning... Only the boss could do that lol
oh my god i miss clarence in the band
RIP Clarence!
You will definitely be missed.
Perhaps somewhat of an ironic song choice for Bruce as a solo inductee. This song is made what it is by the E street band + the distinctive horn riffs and arrangement which were done by Steve. Anyway, great performance and I’m glad the E street are in the RRHOF now
I was just saying on Insta.... How can Bruce be even more handsome now than he was when he was younger. I know the answer. Being happy & and plenty of love x
Bruce looks a but chunky here maybe just bulked up. He's been my hero for 40 plus years
Love Bruce Springsteen so much my favorite song so much energy miss Clarence so much. ❤
The RRHF needs to officially release these live performances
the boss the legend of rock n roll
Is it just me, or does Weinberg look more comfortable playing in a suit than he does in anything else?
Allen K probably from years dressed that way in the conan band
Dress for the drumming job you want, not the drumming job you have.
Here's story for ya... I'm 5 days into having heatstroke @ 55
& As I was thinking bout stuff as it got worse... & Thought bout how I should be in hospital... & This song came into me & it was pretty much going through my head constantly .... Takes me back to the "Good 0l days"!!
@Eeza07 I think it's the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony of 1999. Bruce, Billy Joel and Paul McCartney were among the inductees.
at :42 they get their ass's out of those seats because the boss said so
god i love him !
And now the band gets in too!!! A great injustice is rectified!!
Almost every Bruce video i've watched on RUclips has had no dislikes, only something Bruce could do.
Gorgeous
Say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it say it!!
The best
It seems like he's hit higher notes on this song for concerts in 1999 and 2000 than in years past.
Big Man!!!!!!
Here comes prime Bruce and prime e street band
I seen Adam Ant 6 days ago. He is 67 & he was amazing. X
Desperate not serious!
Just the best live song ever!
I have seen Bruce Springsteen & the Entire Band at several locations in NY & NJ. It must have been 20 times & every show we all tried to sneak on stage. But me never got kicked out🤣😆😂👑🎉💋💗🥰
Love this video. Love this man. Brilliant in every way. And the E Street Band ain’t bad either!!
Best bit... Bruce's AWESOME hip dance!
Love that Bruce got inducted but now its time to push on Rock Radios and the Hall of fame to induct Clarence into the hall of fame ... When u think Rock n roll and sax you think Clarence Clemons and Alto Reed , theres nobody else on there level....
He does that live quite a bit...always for this song, usually for Hungry Heart...walks out into the audience on the extended stage and then he "crowd surfs". I've seen him LAY down on the edge of stage and let fan's sing. Then, there are his moments where he is on the piano by himself...usually very moving like "Independence Day" Jesus was an Only Son, My Father's House or The Promise
Max le batteur est époustouflant c'est un plaisir à entendre et à regarder
That's my Boss
Clarence, RIP!
Boss and the Big man forever 👍🎵🎶🎸
R.I.P. Big Man!!!
@mechemicalromance
His stage presence is unmatched!
Blow that horn pretty for us Big Man~ love this song! Haven’t we all walked our own 10th Ave freeze out?
Jersey boys!
AMOOOOOO 💘 Love 💘 forever 💘
Awesome
@mechemicalromance You are so right. It does seem odd, but he's such a good performer with such good stage presence even without it. I wish that people today could do this--perform and still right amazing songs.
the boss
Rip big man
if you've known / heard what's been said/sang/& dance "ING" well then you've must
h've already known that you're lost unless you're here...infinity/eternity of now
there's no end. it began when you were born.
This is the only time i have ever seen bruce onstage without a guitar, it just doesnt seem natural
Grandioso, 👋
Good to see Sil with a hobby away from the Bing
Amo.
RIP Big Man!
I love Bruce. However, the very thought that the Band isn't in the RnR Hall of Fame is insane. What a great band. Now it is too late for The Big Man and The Phantom. I've been in Cleveland several times in the near past but never went to the HOF. Until the E-Street Band is in I am not going to darken the doors. Not that they will give a crap about one (or two) tickets. It is the principle of the thing.
The band was inducted in 2014, I just watched it on RUclips
GOD I LOVE THIS GUY. HES JUST SO NORMAL. IM A JERSEY GIRL. IVE MET HIM . HES SO NICE AN POLICE. HES GRATEFUL 2 HIS FANS
@jingiangism All they showed on the TV broadcast was this and "Promised Land."
Keep your thoughts in your head,
I read that he played "tougher than the rest" as well. Does anyone have this part?
@mechemicalromance If you look back through the years he actually never uses a guitar for this song, but it is one of mabey two or three that is like that. I agree it is kinda strange for him to not have one though
bruuuuuuce
I think it allows him to move more freely, to really "get down"..however, when he slings it behind him, he moves PLENTY well!
I'm gonna sit back right easy and laugh when Scooter and The Big Man rip the city in half, boy!
say it again
Tell me why I thought he was going to do a cover of Run to the Hills?
ANY BODY WHO SAYS THIS IS NOT THE GREATEST BAND OF ALL TIME IS JUST ---LYING!!!!!
You need to explore some more music
The thing about Bruce fans is we feel like we relate to him through his music and we totally understand him and he gets us and to see him live he makes you feel like you are part of the show and he feeds off of his audience as much as we do him I could go on but that why we in our hearts love Bruce and The E Street and they are absolutely the best group ever we all have our favorite mine is all Bruce I am a fan of a lot of music and appreciate anything rock n roll which my 17 year old says it’s dying and if it is I’m gonna stay in denial
@Eeza07
Agreed :D
The 1 Person wh----Oh, theres no dislikers. Bruce is a legend ;)
Should have all gone in together :(
BUUUUUUMMM !!!!! : DD
0:41 that's the boss right there
Bruce Scream-steen
Where was this performed?
1:02
Quick, Andy's coming!
Philadelphia adopt a son
i would drink that HOTTIE’s bath water...say it, say it again...
I think this is the first time I see Bruce being somewhat overweight...
I never liked this song. Bruce could have picked a better song to perform.
Am I the only one who thinks he stinks to high heaven?
Bruce is more suited to making albums in the studio then playing live! He doesn’t seem comfortable playing live and is not known for it so people shouldn’t judge him to much here as he hardly plays live and when does normally mimes.
...Bruce is one of the best live performers in the world and he is known for it...
what ?!!!!!! he's the best on stage.
are you joking?
@@helenehamon1237 truth!
You need your head checked🙈
Not gonna lie, I tuned-in to see Clarence - Bruce was on my walls as a teenager, but now … err, now that I’m an adult, and paying attention to politics, I’ve since detached (regrettably, but @ his hand - not mine) - he should keep to what he does best, and leave his shortcomings out.
blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
His voice is completely off in this performance
