Well young lady you are doing a great job! Iam a 75yr old grandma who until 8yrs ago was very active ,the I fell down a mountain and broke bones and now suffer withRA all the time. I found your channel and I keep a sturdy chair behind me and my walker in front so I don’t loose my balance while doing your routine. I am feeling very happy and hopefully from your positive encouragement and my balance and pain is slowly improving,so please keep up the good work us old ones are benefiting from you bless you sweetheart !

The more I do these, the more I realize how this is probably more important than any work out routine.
You whole system needs to be centered and strong. It's such a great way to start the day.

Yes, Take it to the next level and to the Qi flow at .75 speed then .5 the difference is crazy.
After a few years, people will be able to feel your presence. all your emotions will be amplified and it will radiate out as you work this field. People will be able to feel this Positive emotions or Negative emotions.
This key insight if done with consistency will charge your whole system and higher and intelligent beings start to take notice. This is where the FUN starts!!

T A Yet you failed to mention any. They could be fake, for all we know. You need to post reputable sources when you trash someone else's video. These aren't gymnastic, they're just yoga poses, essentially. All the methods used are used in multiple practices. It did lack in martial arts poses my courses showed, but this is basic warm-up that won't cause physical harm for a beginner.

@@cop67 It is unwise, arrogant and unenlightened to trash a practice that may help people who are in exactly this place where they need this level in order to not feel intimidated and to begin moving and doing self-care. Okay, I'm not prescribing this or acting like your doctor. I'm only speaking as one person. With my Kardia Mobile (a home EKG monitor) I occasionally have PVCs premature ventricular contractions. This can or cannot be normal. If I have that, I do a round of Qigong for Beginners or another online set with Marisa. I don't want to say this always works because that would be unhelpful to me or to anyone reading and it could be misleading. But I had that situation this morning and just did my post Qigong test: Normal Sinus Rhythm: 61 BPM. Again, each body is different.

Thank you! I had pain and stress in my arms and hands from 22 years of massage therapy. This stress was zapping my vitality, and joy, and sadly, my desire to serve. This practice was perfect for helping my hands and arms to "remember" what it feels like to be healthy, light, flowing, and yet, strength from clear flowing heart energy, not forceful muscle. In gratitude....

Cheers for this, I've been looking for "what is energy healing and how does it work?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Fonebastian Unexpected Framework - (do a google search ) ? It is a great exclusive guide for learning powerful methods to build your Chi energy minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got excellent results with it.

One theory is that by filling your mental bandwidth with relaxed sensory perception for a period of time you silenced the constant unconscious anxiety we have about life. Doing this makes the body relaxed in a way it isn't used to so it feels great.

I had bad knees and I can't stand long. I sat on a stool and follow your qi gong for the 1st time. I felt tired on my 1st trial but after following your whole session, I am feeling so relieved from the pain and stress I endure for too long especially at the neck area. I will follow ...it works for me

Was in a car accident; spine fracture. Went for physio then once I felt stronger & more confident I turned to you & Qigong. You are the best instructor on the net; your voice is soothing yet direct and clear. The amount of time of your videos & movements for beginners is perfect. My body loves you. Qigong has also been a segway for me into hot yoga, plus it has improved my golf swing. Keep up being amazing!!! God bless you lovely lady.

I'm currently a massage therapy student and we just completed Shiatsu. They only spent a few days teaching us about harnessing Chi and using it for healing others, so I wanted to dive more in depth learning about Chi. I'm using this to practice moving Chi. Thank you, I love the narration.

Trying to teach myself Qigong through RUclips is hard but your video by far has been the best I found, I was truly transported into my self, with my eyes closed in a meditative state and moving solely with your voice instruction it was a wonderful experience.

    Dear Marissa,
This was one of the most relaxing experiencing I have yet participated in. Your soothing voice and peaceful and centered approach to the practice really drew me in. I have been a nurse for 8 years, but the last 2 years since the pandemic, really sent my physical and mental body into overdrive. I have recently been stopped dead in my tracks by the heavenly beings. Certain health concerns have come about that have brought awareness to my well being and my failure to pay attention to my body. I turned 30 last week and heard a wake up call to my own health and mental/physical needs. Today was the first day I have practice Qigong. I have been meditating for multiple months now, without a missed day. This beautiful practice is what has been missing in my daily routine. Thank you for this gift and I feel blessed to have found your channel. I hope this message finds you well.
    Sending light and love
