Masters of the Caucasus | Imperator: Rome (Iberia)

In this video I set out to complete the small but incredibly cool Iberian mission tree. It was quite demanding and requires you to develop as quickly as possible, but it's worth it as it would eventually allow you to get your own bloodline.

Kios is just extremely weak in Invictus. If I’m playing in the region I often try to immediately ally them just for their start so they can at least appear and form the Mithridatic Kingdom.
From what I’ve seen, the initial event troops they get do defeat Paphlagonia, however once Paphlagonia reinforces and comes back, kios at that point is still attempting to siege the capital. Another issue is that Paphlagonia often allies with Pontus which throws in another 8k or so troops which the AI just can’t deal with.
Also I’m not sure AI Paphlagonia even offers an event to AI Kios where when the capital is threatened where they give up the northern parts that Kios wants. Of course all that coupled with the immediate lack of levies once they do get their new territory does just hamper them from expanding at all really.
