Yum... Thanks Tom you made me hungry... Springvale is great for food.. A nice range of asian restaurants there.. from memory a Laotion restaurant was nice... That baguette sounded great!
After you got the OG at Ben trahn, I was expecting you to go full nostalgia and take a squat outside the supermarket for old times sake!🤣 Bun bun is my go to when shopping at springvale, but there’s so many “off the main road” places as well. So spoiled for choice…🤤
I enjoyed this and will definitely try out lily's after watching this. I recommend trying Phuoc Thanh in Richmond, I am sure you won't be disappointed!
Thanks for the video. I feel like, if you are going to make a banh mi video, you need to visit more places and be consistent with what you order, but at the end of the day, this is your video, your meal.
When I'd go to my dads house in Bentleigh every second weekend, we'd occasionally go to Springvale I used to get one of those cola slurpies you can get once you walk in that front door to the food court Followed by something plain as he'll from breadtop I was a fussy eater. I wish I knew about Banh mi back then Cool story I know haha but similar to you - visiting springy on the weekend 😅
Brother, go Dandy Plaza & grab yourself a banh Mi from a shop called ‘That BAKERY’ they’re very generous with the meat filling. The last bread shop felt quite pricey. I stick to a $10 limit, back in the good days banh mi thit only costs $2 in Springvale. Nice Video.
Should've gone to Hung's Bakery (formally Phuoc Hung) while in Richmond because that's my favourite Banh Mi place. A recommendation is you should pick one type of Banh Mi, all the places you plan to go to do; so you can compare & contrast them. You're comparing apples & oranges with all these types of Banh Mi's. Gotta try Lily's myself if I'm ever in Scoresby to see how good they are. Still a good video 👍
Nah ur banh mi review is all over the place, u should stick to one or two style of bunh mi and review it, not this sausage style or any other, stick to a actual banh ni style, first 3 review was good but the Richmond review was not even a viet bunh mi, u went off track on the last place
Bunbun is overrated rubbish bruv, legit wouldn’t even make it into my top ten best Bahn Mi in Melbourne. It’s for Bahn Mi hipsters who don’t know any better and get recommends off the Good Food Guide. You sound like the type of dude that orders Bahn Mi and asks for no coriander or chilli after lining up on the street for 15mins
@@GoWithJingJoI order mine with everything. Clearly you are in the minority. Hipster! You are the one that gets around on a moped! You have probably offended half your mates
No Footscray is criminal haha.
Nhu Lan, To's, and head to Moonee Ponds for Luke's Bakery. Unreal.
Yummy To’s!!
Why did you not try Footscray and sunshine? The heartland of banh mi….and more….
Selinas Hot Bread in Hampshire Road is so bloody good.
Yum... Thanks Tom you made me hungry... Springvale is great for food.. A nice range of asian restaurants there.. from memory a Laotion restaurant was nice... That baguette sounded great!
Got to give the Scoresby spot a go, didn't even know there was a shop there.
I walk past it going to the butcher every week.. I'll get one next time!
Awesome work guys! Keep up the awesome content 💪
thank you!! appreciate the support
I need to try out lily's bakery for sure!!! Thanks for recommendations.
You got to man!!! It’s unbelievably good

I was actually going for the squat, but then I realised they actually renovated the interiors of the supermarket so my usual sitting area was gone!!
I enjoyed this and will definitely try out lily's after watching this.
I recommend trying Phuoc Thanh in Richmond, I am sure you won't be disappointed!

Good vibes on this channel let's go banh mi baby

I fortunately live in the west and have discovered foots and St Albans

I'd love to see you review Heartbaker Bun Mee in the cbd and sizzling steak bahn mi in springvale
You should explore westside banh mi next!!!
True let’s not sleep on the west side hey! Which places would you recommend me to go to?
@@OOOwithTomSelinas Hot Bread in Hampshire Road, Sunshine, is a must.
Should of gone to tabac in springvale
Love Bun Bun Banh Mi
If you ever go to Sydney go to top ryde shops theres a place called top ryde bakery they make the best banh mi rolls ever you wont be dissapointed
Will definitely put it on my list of things to do next time I go Sydney!
The best banh mi is at banh mi house at Thompson parkway cranbourne Vic. So good.
Ooo I will definitely give it a try! Thanks for the suggestion
There’s a new place down the road from Bun Bun that’s very close to Bun Bun
1. Nhu Lan in Footscray has the best bahn mi
2. What you get from Bunnings IS NOT a hot dog!
Dunno how you can say you’ve found the best banh mi in Melbourne, without going to Luke’s in Moonee Ponds? Love the video but agree with the others.
Tim Dessaint making food vlog
Bro i am so hungry right now. you don't understand
I think Tabacs Tiger Bread Banh Mi is better than Bun Bun
best banh mi is footscray Nhu Lan bakery
Agreed
Don’t think you’ve tried the best. Luke’s in moonee ponds and nhu lan in footscray
Lukes Moonee Ponds
Agree he needs to venture to Luke’s and Nhu Lan
Good content, but gotta say, the editing/cutting of the videos are very distracting, too much fast cuts.
Thanks for the feedback Monika! I’ve been experimenting with editing styles and will have less fast cuts in the future 😇
Richmond store . It's a bit of a rip-off. O.k charge a bit extra, but double the price? It's places like this that drive inflation.
17 dollars for a sandwich?
Totally nuts! The only thing bahn mi about it was the bread😂

This is BS. Travelled to Scoresby. Bunbun kills it. Bunbun blows you away with every bite. Scoresby roll was good but that is where it ends

@ is that seriously the best reply you could manage? 😂
You went to all the overrated places, phuoc thanh in Chadstone better them all
