Dunno how you can say you’ve found the best banh mi in Melbourne, without going to Luke’s in Moonee Ponds? Love the video but agree with the others.
The purple trees are called jacaranda. We were also just in Sydney last week and jacarandas were everywhere!
Ah so that's the name! Hope you enjoyed your trip☺
This video is trash. Everyone knows sunshine and foots are top spot. Do your homework boitz
This makes me miss the city so much!! Looking forward to seeing more vlogs from you soon <3
Awww!! Heaps more to come, don’t worry 😉🥰✌🏼
You went to all the overrated places, phuoc thanh in Chadstone better them all
Bro i am so hungry right now. you don't understand
I think Tabacs Tiger Bread Banh Mi is better than Bun Bun
subbed! keep them coming. Good stuff
Thank you so much!! Will definitely be uploading more ☺️
This is BS. Travelled to Scoresby. Bunbun kills it. Bunbun blows you away with every bite. Scoresby roll was good but that is where it ends
Brother, go Dandy Plaza & grab yourself a banh Mi from a shop called ‘That BAKERY’ they’re very generous with the meat filling. The last bread shop felt quite pricey. I stick to a $10 limit, back in the good days banh mi thit only costs $2 in Springvale. Nice Video.
I enjoyed this and will definitely try out lily's after watching this. I recommend trying Phuoc Thanh in Richmond, I am sure you won't be disappointed!
Should've gone to Hung's Bakery (formally Phuoc Hung) while in Richmond because that's my favourite Banh Mi place. A recommendation is you should pick one type of Banh Mi, all the places you plan to go to do; so you can compare & contrast them. You're comparing apples & oranges with all these types of Banh Mi's. Gotta try Lily's myself if I'm ever in Scoresby to see how good they are. Still a good video 👍
The best banh mi is at banh mi house at Thompson parkway cranbourne Vic. So good.
Ooo I will definitely give it a try! Thanks for the suggestion
Good content, but gotta say, the editing/cutting of the videos are very distracting, too much fast cuts.
Thanks for the feedback Monika! I’ve been experimenting with editing styles and will have less fast cuts in the future 😇
If you ever go to Sydney go to top ryde shops theres a place called top ryde bakery they make the best banh mi rolls ever you wont be dissapointed
Will definitely put it on my list of things to do next time I go Sydney!
After you got the OG at Ben trahn, I was expecting you to go full nostalgia and take a squat outside the supermarket for old times sake!🤣 Bun bun is my go to when shopping at springvale, but there’s so many “off the main road” places as well. So spoiled for choice…🤤
I was actually going for the squat, but then I realised they actually renovated the interiors of the supermarket so my usual sitting area was gone!!
Yum... Thanks Tom you made me hungry... Springvale is great for food.. A nice range of asian restaurants there.. from memory a Laotion restaurant was nice... That baguette sounded great!
Thanks for the video. I feel like, if you are going to make a banh mi video, you need to visit more places and be consistent with what you order, but at the end of the day, this is your video, your meal.
Why did you not try Footscray and sunshine? The heartland of banh mi….and more….
Selinas Hot Bread in Hampshire Road is so bloody good.
Don’t think you’ve tried the best. Luke’s in moonee ponds and nhu lan in footscray
Got to give the Scoresby spot a go, didn't even know there was a shop there.
I walk past it going to the butcher every week.. I'll get one next time!
17 dollars for a sandwich?
Totally nuts! The only thing bahn mi about it was the bread😂
best banh mi is footscray Nhu Lan bakery
Agreed
good prasantation 😊
I'd love to see you review Heartbaker Bun Mee in the cbd and sizzling steak bahn mi in springvale
Good vibes on this channel let's go banh mi baby
Richmond store . It's a bit of a rip-off. O.k charge a bit extra, but double the price? It's places like this that drive inflation.
Nah ur banh mi review is all over the place, u should stick to one or two style of bunh mi and review it, not this sausage style or any other, stick to a actual banh ni style, first 3 review was good but the Richmond review was not even a viet bunh mi, u went off track on the last place
Lukes Moonee Ponds
Agree he needs to venture to Luke’s and Nhu Lan
No Footscray is criminal haha. Nhu Lan, To's, and head to Moonee Ponds for Luke's Bakery. Unreal.
Yummy To’s!!
There’s a new place down the road from Bun Bun that’s very close to Bun Bun
Tim Dessaint making food vlog
Awesome work guys! Keep up the awesome content 💪
thank you!! appreciate the support
I need to try out lily's bakery for sure!!! Thanks for recommendations.
You got to man!!! It’s unbelievably good
You should explore westside banh mi next!!!
True let’s not sleep on the west side hey! Which places would you recommend me to go to?
@@OOOwithTomSelinas Hot Bread in Hampshire Road, Sunshine, is a must.

Surely you mean the oldest Prussian town? I am of Prussian heritage, from what is now Poland, and my ancestors were some of the first in SA in the 1830s. To this day my surname is far more common in SA!
Hey Jason, good point! I mentioned “German” because it was easy to absorb for a modern audience. But definitely should have acknowledged the towns Prussian roots too. Thanks for commenting ❤
Holy Scheis Dreck! That German food is so phoney. How stupid do they think people are? What an insult. They are taking the piss. You do not serve Pretzels with Bacon and egg or eat a Pretzel with a knife and fork. You eat a Pretzel as is or with butter and you break it apart with your hands or not at all. And where is the Beer? And a Hahn is a Rooster and Dorf is a Village so Hahndorf means Rooster Village. Cluck cluck. Australians despised Germans due to WW2 and Germans tried to stay invisible and blend into the community. as a result.
Great stuff!! Can’t wait to watch more of your content!
Thank you! I’ll keep em coming hehehe
Australian Mark Wiens!!
Wow I can imagine no better praise 😍
Wow I want to visit!
