I have the worst problems with my head. Headstands are no problem at all, and I’m strong in my arms and shoulders (I can do lotus crane), but the minute my head comes up off the ground, I start to struggle. I feel tremendous tension in my neck and really struggle to push up out of my shoulder girdle.
