Your tips are amazing! I had not practiced getting into pincha in half a year or more. I got up to step three with ease , solely based on your amazing tips. Of course I have my own practice, so my strength is there. It’s just a matter of technique. Grateful. Thank you 🤗🙏🏼♥️
Focus on your feet and especially your lead foot is another good tip to get the balance point and improve on not going in with too much momentum, When you can feel where your (pointed) feet are, you are usually getting into full control.
Just found your channel and I'm so happy about it, really love the way you share your experience. Definitely will add your pro tips to my practice ❤️thx and namaste
Nice tutirial and great drills. One comment is where you say use the wall. Your alignment when you kick up would have you in a huge bend in order to reach the wall and you dont mention this. You are in a very slight bend like that peacock feather. If you will recommend to use the wall it might be better to show you using it?
Good tip! Sorry for the late response!! yes, 100%!! If you use the wall, the finger tips will be at the wall, there will be slightly more curve, which is where the pose gets its name... love it! Thanks for watching and commenting!!

That’s so impressive to be able to talk and laugh while balancing on the forearms! Thanks so much for sharing 😊
This is the best explanation of Pincha Mayurasana.
Thanks for watching!!

Very good description, thanks!!
Thank you so much, your energy is so calming and loving! My hands keep sliding towards each other in this pose, I'll keep working on it!
Thank you, I about to start this journey 🙏
Very good tips specially to help keeping hands parallel which is something I have issues with. Many thanks.
