Nice video, if you want to record ATC comms and you don't want or you are not allowed to plug a recorded on your dash (I'm sure there is a free connector where you can plug a voice recorder). Just buy a portable ham radio and set on the same frequency of ATC, plug the recorder to the ham and you are done, you will be able to add ATC comms to your videos. It would be fantastic to watch.
You don't have even to do it while you are busy with your tasks, just set up everything while you are resting and let it record (even hours before the action), you can then extract only the part you need.

In Germany this is actually illegal. Unfortunately... In Mauritius it seems to be legal however.
Im surprised they put you in the Maratim hotel - thats in the North of the Island about an hour's drive away from the airport in the south. Is there any reason for this? or is it just which hotels they can get the best rates for?

How do you guys know which gate to park in when you go into a new airport or even your HOME airport? Is it given to you by your company or ATC? And once your given the gate verification, flying into your new airport how do you know exactly where it is situated in the airport terminal building?
We have maps of the Airport and get the Parking stand Via a message in the Aircraft ✌️

I'm not him, I'm also not a pilot myself. I'm an aspiring one basically. but I've heard many pilots say it's never too late to start your training as a pilot so I guess its not too late for you. You can still be a pilot and be flying even before 35 or even 34. If it's your dream then go for it. Its very possible. If you do start, good luck🤝🏼👍🏻

Question. How is Vlogging as a pilot viewed as in your Aviation community? Is it mostly positive or negative? For example, where I'm from, no one does it as it is seen as very cringey thing to do, and those that do vlog their aviation journey are met with a massive amount of criticism (toxic environment).
