I got my menses after 6 months .....I just stopped eating white rice and started eating brown rice.......and I also included amla and alovera juice, raagi malt, Multigrain quaker oats......and ran 2 kilometers every day......following this diet for just one week I got my 6 months delayed menses....I did not take any hormonal tablets ....I am very happy......please don't eat white rice guys ......
