It would be nice to even be able to THINK about affording a regular raptor. Couldn’t imagine a Raptor R and now this… I sure hope one day a raptor or raptor R would be amazing

Then what’s the point of getting a regular raptor r? Also this Shelby is way better off-road, it has weight reduction, and has hand made parts. You guys really think a supercharger fixes everything. It clearly doesn’t in off-road and in quality standpoint. Especially since Shelby makes sure the supercharger and enhancements works unlike if you take a random supercharger that will probably have the reliability of a 2000’s bmw. And with that supercharger you ain’t getting 900 horsepower and I know this. Best is 800 something. Reason why you could is through Shelby’s performance enhancing. Now if you get one bigger, then possibly but it will have horrible consequences if it’s just slapped on there. And the Shelby raptor has a way higher tuning potential if you decide to put even more stuff on it like making it twincharged. Anyway this argument is pointless. It’s like saying you would get a Supra over a huracan when the huracan is obviously better.
@@Nick0777 A ton of Aluminum and carbon works wonders. Which is something Shelby provides for not that expensive compared to other automakers and tuners. Plus if you hate on Shelby then you have 0 reasons not to hate on Hennessy which do the bare minimum unlike Shelby. And do crazy prices like I’m talking 200k for a V8 raptor from 2017. And little weight reduction and the same interior with little mod to the internals to handle even more power.

I have 2024 raptor r and 2021 gt500 and I would love to have Shelby to put their hands on both of them.. all I was saying is if I could just get the Whipple upgrade through Shelby for raptor r and don’t really care for other stuff. But as of Shelby company its self they are bad ass company and I’m glad the exist.

I wouldn't let Shelby work on my shopping cart let alone my vehicle. They are overpriced, they under deliver and the quality control is iffy. Congrats on the new business!

The whipple kit from whipple comes with tune, any good shop can do install for 1500. Or do yourself, not a hard job.
