    And you certainly do not need to be a beginner to enjoy this yoga class, although I tried to keep it as beginner friendly as possible.
    Take a break whenever you feel like it and start again when you are ready.
    Never strain and try to keep calm even if you feel the stretch.
    No equipment needed.
    This short 10 minute yoga class includes:

    - Self Massage
    - Natural Breathing
    - Cat cow stretch
    - Mountain pose
    - Shasankasana
    - Cycling
    - Bridge
    - Shavasana
