as someone from the netherlands who worked at a bakery for a year my head baker would yeet me out if i called that bread. but he also hated that people call a banana cake banana bread. 😂
Bread by definition is a baked good made by mixing flour water yeast or any other leavening agent and baking it. The leavener in this is bread is the whipped egg whites and banana bread is bread since it uses baking powder/soda as the leavening. Some baker he is for not knowing this
@@michealpersicko9531 i am from the netherlands and bread here isnt allowed to have a certain lvl of sugar otherwise its not allowed to be classified as bread for instance. so its banana cake here as it has a too high of a sugar content, and just because something has a leviner doesnt make it bread in the netherlands.

Thats how u can make anything airy without any levening agents. U want a hella fluffy set of pancakes, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites and then mix it in slow. Cake with no baking powder? Turn the eggwhites into soft peaks too. I used this with barley flour to make softer pancakes, barley makes anything into harder or stiffer foods... The pancakes with varley swapped in looked like pancakes felt halfway like cardboard..... So i fluffed the eggwhites and added that in to the barley pancake mix. They came out identical to wheat flour pancakes... The only time u could tell they were different is when they got cold, they went stiffer than wheat pancakes when they get cold.
You can make butter at home by taking cream like this and adding a pinch of salt putting it into your mixer and once it gets to the part where it's whipped like this keep going for another 10 to 20 minutes and it should turn into a butter and actually separate leaving a little bit of water. Then you separate by straining out the Mass from the water and there's your butter. Actually what's left over is considered buttermilk
