That's why I stayed right here. There are a hundred recipes, but her hair looked so nice, and she's so nice-and then I heard that honey hack-Id never heard that before. So I stayed. But, I don't have a scale and my son has been telling me for years to get myself a scale. Yet I want to try this today. I KNOW this will turn out.

I only use 3 ingredients to make my homemade bread. I use...3 cups of self rising flour, 3 tablespoons of regular sugar and 1 (12oz) can of beer, at room temp. Mix flour and sugar together, then add the beer, mix until flour is all mixed in with beer. Next, add to a greased or buttered loaf pan. Cook in a 450 degree oven for 30 minutes, then decrease temp to 350 and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes or until top is golden. Remove from oven. Brush top with butter. Let cool. And enjoy. P.S. top of bread will not be smooth. It will be kinda bumpy. But it will taste just like homemade yeast bread and there's no need to let it rise on counter or stove top. That rising will take place in the oven as it cooks

@patriciaworkman7893 my mom used to make something like this. She called it ’spoon bread’ and fix it with a pot of beans. I have been looking all over on RUclips for the recipe but no one does it the way she did. She said her dad taught her how to make it but she never taught me how. 😢 Would you happen to know? 🥹

Well the other bread has NO YEAST. Some people are allergic to yeast and CAN'T use selfrising flour because it has YEAST. So hers is better.

I made the bread. It's dense, more like a heavy pound cake. But it's good. No replacement for yeast bread, but this will do in a pinch. I want to try it with beer the next time, like another commenter stated she does. I love that it's easy to make, takes just an hour to bake, and only requires ingredients a cook should already have in the pantry. Thx for the video. I'll be making this bread again. 😉

You can still take flower from the bag you really don’t need a scale. If you fluff the flower first to break it up you will be just fine. Flower is compacted in the bag so when you break it up and get air in it, it becomes light and fluffy again. Is a scale a good tool absolutely but you can get the same results from fluffing your flower first and scrape off the excess.
