Being able to circular breath on a BB flat tuba would be awesome. I have a majority of whole notes when playing, so being able to hold and breathe would be great.

the tuba is a wind instrument. you're getting it confused with "woodwind." "wind" just means that the instrument is being played with air from the mouth.
