People actually live like this, it’s mind blowing.
Hard work can be fruitful.
When I see a house like this, I think about maintenance costs, staff costs, utilities, security and property taxes.
Yeah then I get sad
@@leilag4210 Its ok. Time and chance happens to us all, I'm sure you got a million reasons to be proud.
Oh yeah that would add up. I have driven by it before, it looks fairly impressive from the street but I had no idea there was that huge lazy river. I hope the new owners can make good use of the house and have some wicked parties. So many of the homes are rarely ever used which is a huge waste
Yeah. If you can afford this place everything else costs ‘meh’
Right
When I see a house like this, I think about living to the fullest and gracefully floating down my personal lazy river!!!
Then getting the chlorine bill and shitting in that lazy river, which you now have to pay to clean.
This home sold in July 2019 for $12,600,000, which was 30% off the asking price. It was on the market for over 2 years.
I'm waiting till next year hope it drops to 12 million 💰💰💰💰💰
Township
@@richardcruz2630 LOL
It's sold for 30% off the asking price because the inside of it was based off someone else's ideas and not the person who currently brought it
I wonder who the owner is now. Probably some celebrity or ceo. I wonder if he will do house flipping so I can buy the house and stay in it for a good 25 years
And you wonder why theres no water
California ten billion dollars, Arizona 60 cents
Sadly no houses in az are going up like crazy
B yeah sucks especially the Phoenix area
@@thatdude5353 and everything is just beginning
When I Heard 18 Million Dollars We'll Not In California Most Definitely I Agree With You
You Forgot Texas
That's a home I wouldn't have minded quarantining in😂
This home has been on the market in Paradise Valley, AZ, for years. The owner is unable to sell it because no one wants it.
One of the problems with homes like these, someone's preferences may not be another's and with a price tag like that and the huge costs associated with owning and maintaining it, it would be a miracle if someone did buy it
Yes, that happens with some mansions that are built very specifically to one owner’s interests. The more unusual the house, the harder to sell.
Yes, I live down the street. A long time ago he would have private sale open houses, he tried selling as a private sale first.
Jeff Webb uhh, I don’t think the people who buy this have a budget on chlorine... or multiple pool company’s....
Anyone wishing to buy a waterpark,@@Cyphen19824, would probably choose a waterpark instead of this hideous monstrosity.
AZ is beautiful, Chandler, AZ.
One of those 4 car garages is as big as the house I grew up in with 6 kids & 2 parents. 😎
Very creative landscaping
This is so beautiful
"owners 150 closest friends".
Wtf??
friends until you sell the home. hahaha
I know the architect who designed this house. Super nice guy!
Tell the name pls
My God! This is beyond beautiful! 🙏🏻👍🏻😁
Looks beautiful and fun, good job well done 👍😻
absolutely amazing!!
That's very beautiful. Wow. But pricey too.
I expected something above 100M. Damn that's one hella good deal !!
Divine! Love it!
love it, everything about it
Wow...this is the nicest thing I have ever seen! I would LOVE to have my own lazy river!
Have you thought of the monthly costs involved?
@@Cameroonian Or how fast you actually get bored with it?
How much would you actually use it though?
@@dirtdiver2389 exactly.
Lady you have a pool, I can see it in your profile pic. Stop and smell the roses once in a while for goodness sake.
Beaucoup de paradis derriere les vaches .Bravo et felicitations ❤❤❤❤❤. Je vous souhaites un excellent week end. Et Merci pour cette belle presentation.
Weekend?
You'd need at least a long weekend before you'd have to give in to the unfortunate feelings of being totally knackered because you had been outside enjoying yourself so much.
Only in America, eh‽
The definition of Incroyable!
Only 18 Million. If I sell my studio apartment, I may just have enough to buy a ticket for one glorious lap around the pool.
This is cheap! Nyc one room luxury condo is 17 million. Great price for this!!

Awesome 💖
Really nice home but I would put in a real long water slide ! 😆
BEST AND MOST BEAUTIFUL BACKYARD EVER
Beautiful and gorgeous
Very beautiful Manson 🏰❤️👌👍
This place is over the top. WOW
Wow! Impressive 🤑
FAB.
Only in America!
This is my dream house 🏡🙂
Cool. I do worry about endless sprawl in Arizona, perhaps they should not be allowed to continually build suburbs beyond their available water resources.
most beautiful design
Very Nice!!!
Best backyard I've seen.
I love lazy rivers!!!
that's the life!!!
That roof needs solar panels and a massive battery system.
I was thinking the exact same thing
You’d be surprised solar energy is very expensive, I live in az I would know..
@@reallyhimongod the initial start up cost may be expensive but in the long run it pays for itself. If you live in Arizona, California, Nevada, or New Mexico any of these states that get sunshine for 300 plus days a year it would be stupid not to have solar to run your house. You eventually won't have to pay for power at all, and then you can start selling your power back to the power company. It's a win,win for you.
Actually it's too hot in parts of Arizona. The panels deteriorate quickly. The rate of return isn't worth the hassle.
@@robreber9355 You are speaking the truth sir, in the long run it pays off for live.
Imagine just floating round and round and round 🤣🤣
Would never leave beautifull
Wish to have this property in future
That river needs shade, like the one at Typhoon Lagoon.
True. If you’re spending that kind of $$$
Typical for non-native rich homeowners to not think of that kind of thing. They think they are in Hawaii.
Hahaha 🤪
This is my foundation facility 💃
👍nice
Nice
wow!
What ana amzing video. I feel I am there
Here’s my new house. 5/28/24. SDS the next generation to own this land.
I want a lazy river in my house!
My next vacation spot! Sign me up.
I would love to live there.
Happy-Go-Lucky Property
Espectacular para negocioara
I don't have any friends but I would be in that lazy River everyday
Man that ain’t no back yard, that’s Hurricane Harbor lol
no wonder AZ has no water.......... thanks dude
It's like a resort
Manifesting and receiving
I'm at the house right now 🤩
People would always be over! No thanks
Nice to have a big pool with Lacy river when it´s 43 degrees Celsius in arizona.
Where's the water coming from?
I was thinking about buying it but , I just realized I only have 5 bucks
Bonito bonito
Its my biggest lazy river party
Way less expensive than a house in Bel Air or a penthouse in NYC overlooking Central Park. That lazy river is gonna be a lot for the pool boys to clean over the seasons, though.
Less expensive than one acre of land with nothing on it where I live in Hawaii
At least they will have a job, paying wages,I think I would have to hire a whole team of people to clean it up and take care of the maintenance of it correctly. LoL an lots of staff for the house 🏠 an property.
make sure the pool boys are great eye candy hahahah
I just want a five bedroom four bath room 4000 square foot with that Lazy River!
Aloha 18 million, it was nice once having you in my possession. 😥
I would have purchased that and made it a mini resort
Nice to know this house could built in Oklahoma for around 10 million max
I was going to buy it but a theme park without a roller coaster killed the purchase...LOL
If I was a multimillionaire with a couple acres I would give B&M a call.
@@visionist7 me too I would have a Rollercoaster built and ride it every single day, I would also theme it like Michael Jackson's never land and try to replicate it as much as possible
There pool guy is probably rich too 😆
How do you keep critters out of the lazy River?
Best Star hotel.
I love it! But what about that water crisis?
So how much does it rent out for on AirBNB per night? Discount for longer-term rental?
Maybe the owner could turn it into a bed and breakfast place. Or charge people to use the pool. They do that in Southern California; people rent out their pools and back yards by the hour. Also, tennis courts.
Nice side hustle to make some change. LoL
I would have bought it but it's a bit too small.
Patrice Lumumba 😂
I wish that place was still available I would love to buy it just because of that lazy River 😊
I use to service the pool here a year ago for about 3-4yrs. It’s massive property and this video is outdated. It currently has more features and I would spend 3 days a week here for about 1-2hrs each visit. Wasn’t ideal, I wanted 8hrs per day but company was working for didn’t want that. Wish I would have known the bill….😏 would love to service it now I would be set!
oh yeah i live there btw😊
I need to see is this is still on the market.
P.S. Is that hotel on Maui still around after the fires?
I am going to buy this house & host private events every night for artists/ business meetings/ private shows/ art galleries✊🏽
I think you would get a nice set of repeat clients
I wonder how much did it cost to build this place when it was brand new?
With this heat youll be filling up that 18000gallons three times aday
It's amazing but it's in Phoenix. It's so hot that even in the pool you are sweating.
Is this for sale now (2024)??
Only if I had the money and would still be making money I would be here about everyday in the lazy river.
How can a desert town allow this type of wasteful water usage?
beats me
This is not a house, this is Disney Land!!
☺️👍💕.
I can quarantine me there for 100 years
Why didn’t you put the address in the description
I want to know
With a pool that big , how do they keep snakes and stuff out of it ?
