Wow. A lot of property for $5m. I like the in door outdoor living features. The pool is spectacular. Just can't imagine running those pumps all the time and keeping water in it in the desert while the area is short of water.
What a beautiful home! We love our pets and I really wish you had shown the pet's outdoor area. I love the hidden door for them under the cabinet. That is an awesome pool area.

I saw this house a couple of years ago in a video from another relator. That was before the extensive interior remodel. I have mixed feelings with some good stuff and some meh. But all in all. I still love it. If I win the Mega or Powerball, I would snap it up! My kids, grand kids and great grand kids would never leave

Beautiful home, I think the best part was, of course, the lazy river and pool. Overall it would be an amazing place to live. The only little nitpick I would have is the little shelves next to the door into the casita from the kid's loft area. From what we can see in the video it looks a little too close to the door and when combined with the dress rack for the kids' dresses it looks a little too narrow, making it really easy for people to bang their knee into the corner of it if they aren't paying attention coming out of the casita.

Wow ! You wouldn’t even think your in the desert of Vegas !! And I love how that house is decorated! It’s fancy yet cozy and a touch of elegant at the same time !!! I totally love it and would definitely buy it but wondering why it’s for sale again ? Because I’d never part with it if it was mine !!

Beautiful exterior of the home. Beautiful swimming pool oasis. Exterior grounds, magnificent. Complete interior in every way, every inch, every item - hideous. Clashes 100% with the magnificence of the entirety of all outside the walls. Yikes.

However for that much home I would prefer a little more privacy rather than a small retaining wall separating the next door neighbor who's just a few feet away.

The house is indeed amazing, the pool is stunning. The realtor speaks and presents it well except he uses the word "now" too many times in pretty much every sentence of in his showing, bit of distraction when listening to. Overall, good thing.
Pool is crazy... NOW if I were to say anything is Now would be a good time to suggest turning that lazy river into a canyon river run lol

I don’t like how the next door neighbors windows peers down onto your barbecue and pool stage area. The owners want to sell to eliminate high utility bills and costly maintenance on the pool which is outdated and not used that often.
That's when you plant some palm trees😂
A friend with a dinky 15'x30' pays $hundreds more in electric (running the filter) and water (crazy evaporation in the desert) bills during pool season. The maintenance costs for this pool must be staggering. Then again, if you can afford a $5 million house, you can afford the $$$ pool maintenance.
I've got a good sized pool and I'd say it added about $100 per month in summer due to longer pump times and evaporation. Switching to a variable speed pump cut that in half. So owning a pool in that sense isn't that expensive here in the desert. Now running 4 COMMERCIAL pumps and 12 in total??? Yeah, I can only imagine myself. But as you surmised, if you can afford a $5 million dollar home, a few thousand in power shouldn't be a deal breaker! ;)
@@leboknows My father and I were watching a TV show about a yacht. I commented to my father, "I wonder how much it cost to maintain the yacht." My father replied, "If you have to ask, then you can't afford the yacht." LOL. Of course he was right.

The Aristocrat air was too much for me. Even if I were a billionaire I would not have wall paper "worth" $20,000 in a small room. How arrogant and wasteful. Nice flower... 🤢🤮 Chandelier in a kids room? That's beyond stupid.
But the pool concept was good. I would want a cave from my basement to the pool area if I had that kind of cash. But more than this kind of waste I would want more security.

When I first saw this from another realtor person it was on, I can't remember, but it's been for sale for along time. The owner of the house was there and she designed everything for the re design. Matter of fact, she did the design and the furniture for this nice home. BUT, according to the seller, furniture isn't included. Which is a shame because the furniture was made for the house, according to the owner/seller.

No wonder the original pool company who did a video on their construction never showed the finished product in its entirety. The entire backyard looks nothing like it was expected to be. Everything is smushed together and there's more rock and hazardous landscape than relaxing pool area. It also is SO close to the house whereas in the original video it was made to look farther down the land with a separate lounge pool closer to the house. That little cave area also sucks. 😂
I feel like the house owner just wanted to pump up the price of this place to pay off his medical business lawsuit. Too bad it isn't working.
Who was the original pool builder? Perhaps budget cuts during the build?

"Let me show you this pool" spends 14 minutes giving a house tour
First thing you see on the house is the large, what 800 amp service panel? Looks more appropriate on a commercial property. That right there screams money pit. Hate the large block retaining walls and from the "Flinstone" pool, street lights that will shine into the back yard. Screams new money or pool builder. I would give that a hard pass. In the future, SWNA may limit the amount of water that a house can use over the course of a year. This will render the pool as problematic and perhaps unusable over time depending on the water situation. The interior to me screams of " Dallas Decorator Show House" circa 2007. Not every surface needs to be decorated and there is little to allow the eyes to rest. Desperate grandparents trying too hard to hang on to the kids and grand kids?

I LOVE beer man. But I also have Gout. So I have to be more careful than other people. Beer is the absolute devil for Gout. Basically a few beers with moderate dehydration, and I can’t walk the next day.
