It's not clear to me what you do with the additional 9,000 square feet of space beyond the 3,500 square feet of space that could easily house a dozen people. Do wealthy people just like longer hallways and closets that are a half dozen steps further away and kitchens that it takes 5 full seconds just to walk across?
$45k for a door handle? Sounds like money laundering. 10:00 On a side note, someone should create a memory foam backed rug. Say for example use the existing rug he's stepping on in the video and add a 1/2 inch bottom layer. I think it'll sell to these rich fools.
