11 million is a steal for this house. Easily 35-40 million here in LA. Which means it doesn’t cost that much to build mansions like this. Maybe 7-8 million to build this one: It’s the developer/builders that pockets a lot of profits in LA highend market.

I don’t know the house doesn’t flow right for me. It’s big and expensive ok great but it doesn’t feel right like it wasn’t put together well. Hard to explain
