It seems like some kind of joke... all those bedrooms and no bathrooms? Not even a lavatory? Did the corporate guests have to knock on the master bedroom door where the CEO was sleeping to pee? Or did they have to walk all the way over to the clubhouse? I think the back yard is next level, like a resort. But unless they are going to gut some of those cheap motel rooms downstairs to put in the basic necessities...no way. Having said all that...this is what I love about your channel Chakits. You show us some wild things!

This was honestly the draw for this channel. To see parts of the US with sane housing prices. Not putting the price kills the appeal of this channel for me. There’s hundreds of other real estate channels with better tours of better houses.

Now this is what peaks my interests. Mature neighborhood with land and no HOA’s. It has the land, the space indoor/outdoor. Needs massive renovation to make beautiful again but the foundation is there. One can only improve on this property. I love the opportunity here. I AM keeping this one on my short list for sure. Thank you for sharing this gem.

That bedroom I would not leave I would live in there are open bathroom concepts, not really doing that. But hell where is the closet I mean if you’re gonna have a house like that you got to have a closet that is a full room. why do they have a small closet in the master bedroom?

It’s cool for a party house or Airbnb but I would buy for my personal house. It looks to Las Vegas it for me I would have to completely revamp that house to make. It looks in my taste. Quite frankly it just looks tacky to me. I hope they get they what they asking for pricewise.

This house resort has potential.but, is very dated. Very 80s, it would take millions to update it, a taredown would be a good option, it has the potential to be it a premier swingers destination in Las Vegas.
