Fabulous house and finally a Las Vegas home that is worth the price. No HOA and there's not another house so close that you can touch it. Way too big of a house for most people lol, but it's absolutely gorgeous.

I freaking love it! I thought only a Blue Herron could make me happy, but this house has just enough California flair and vibe, with beautiful upgrades and just enough work left on the bottom floor to make it a forever home . Hmmmmmmm?????
I loved it was really massive, really loved from the kitchen to front door very open but once you leave that area to the private living you get lost its a maze, I would love to call this home and since there is no HOA I build a garage for the R.V. next to the volley ball court is, but a little to much green plants just needs some color to make it POP.

Love the way the house looks and if I had the money this would be perfect. The Best Part of it is NO HOA they are the worst corrupt or power trepan . that movie room was sick and all the movie posters and as you asked the yellow vet was the best but I prefer 4x4 the Rubicon .

When you started the video the exterior didn’t excite me and I wasn’t a fan of the front door either . But it was all uphill from there and some really cool details you don’t usually see . It’s a yes for future richer me
