The stacked closets are for "future" elevator installation. The sub-floors are designed to be knocked out to accommodate the elevator. This is common in newly constructed large homes. It give the homeowner the option to install the lift as they age or for convenience.

That is a beautiful house in the works. It is pretty clear to me (without doing some digging) that contractors / builders bit off more than they could afford to complete. While the colors are now outdated, they could be brought to modern contemporary easily at this point before completion. Still a good price for the house in that location and it deserves to be finished. The house to the east isn't looking too good with what looks like water damage / sun damage to the stucco.

Beautiful house! Looks like it was brand new. I could see myself living in this home. It’s hard to envision how it can look with all the furniture bc it’s not stage but still like it a lot. Paying 2.5, I will definitely ask for the full $150k. Doesn’t make sense to buy a house with no finished floors. I wouldn’t mind if it’s not finish, that way I can chose my choice but owner must pay for it though.
You spoiled me because you are very thorough with your walk through. When I see other realtor show homes and they’re not thorough like you, I get very disappointed. Have to come back to you.

24:25 That variation in the fireplace stone is not acceptable in a $3M residence.

$2.5 million for a project, no thanks. Your video's are awesome!! i could by about 3 of the homes you show for $800,000, rent 2 of them out and live in one finished that looks better than this, and have $100,000 to go gamble

I see a lot of homes like this i Vegas with a weird /non traditional entry. Like usually homes have a prominent from entry but In Vegas a lot of homes front door is like behind an alley or tunnel of sorts. Gotta walk through and behind some walls to get to the front door which actually looks more like a side entrance lol. Nice house tho.

Yeah it’s beautiful in there, I assumed. The entrance is beautiful & the real estate office is across from there. I pass by there often, on Horizon Ridge. As you drive in from side streets, you see the mansions on the mountains.Personally I’m not feeling this home , it’s too cave like for me That mountain behind ,with the house on top. I’d hate to think if there was a big earthquake or mud slide. It doesn’t have much outdoor living, as you mentioned

Should a $2.5million home have the same closet buildout as a $150k home? No, it should not. Yet this one does.

It's a beautiful home. The browns and beiges suit the home. Especially with the beams and cabinetry. I'm not crazy about homes that sit at the foot of a hill with another home on top of the hill. (Anyone remember all those multi-million dollar homes sliding down the hill in LA about 15 years ago?) Also, I need more of a yard. I know it's extremely hot in Vegas, but I still need outdoor space. Definitely need to install that elevator with all those levels. Not sure why they would take that out on a home of this caliber.

This reminds me of the buildings in the original Jurassic Park movie. Similar architectural style.

Honestly, it reminds me of the parking lot at McCarran. How can a house this expensive have exposed cinder block walls everywhere? Or is that just really bad finishing on the walls?
