Pretty house, i just don't like such big houses all crammed together like that along the street. There is not enough space between neighbors. I like neighbors, but i don't want them all up in my space or peeping out the window at me every time i go outside to do something like checking the mail, mowing the lawn, coming home from work or shopping, etc. Your description of the details of the home was pretty good as u went deeper into the home, not so good at the beginning. I like the outside look of the home. The inside is alright. It doesn't WOW me. It's spacious. I'm not a fan of the kitchen. I prefer a much bigger island. Lighter cabinets with maybe quartz countertops, a grander look. A waterfall showerhead in my shower with a big jetted tub would do me good. The 2 laundry rooms were a plus. Enjoyed the video though. Video tours of nice homes are my jam.😊

I'm a first time viewer and I must say I am impressed with your presentation of this beautiful mansion, are other mansions on this street? Also I believe a place like this needs a wall or gate around it it is very close to the street, I don't like the idea of just anyone can walk unto my property not with a estate like this but thats my only issue with it as security and privacy are my biggest concerns security being number one, aside from that this is a beautiful mansion that anyone would definitely love to call home, thank you for this presentation and I will subscribe and would love to see more especially if you have any in Summerlin.

The community is located behind a guard gated entrance completely walked off. Once inside the community you have to go through a second privacy gate to get into the sub-community, very private. I'm in California and that house here would go for 3-4 times the amount. Nice house. Slightly cavern-like in some areas. The primary room was a let down though. I like the style of the architecture but the design needs work. Still - for $2.9 this house is a steal. Anything you don't like you can remodel. I have got to start looking into homes for sale in Las Vegas. Thanks for posting!

Its called housing market crash they cant sell them homes so the prices are coming down by 40 to 50 percent dont worry its gonna bet better next year with even more price drops on housing which is good for the buyer

The grading is 300 000 and the foundations are as high I built my own house in 1974 in Silicon Valley on 3 acres smaller but better and the permit was 750 Good Luck

1400 a month for HOA FEES that’s crazy I would rather find property myself and then build HOA fees were a 80s and 90s thing 1400 a month would cover my cell phone ,my tv , my internet,my water and garbage , and power unless people have money they don’t care to waste

I definitely would move to Vegas but I think of having some acreage and then maybe build on outer areas of Vegas I definitely would want an underground place about 20ft below ground and have my house over the bunker area…very nice house it has basically everything you need
We have areas (towns) about an hour outside of Las Vegas with an abundance of available land bare to build on or with an estate built. A lot less $ than Las Vegas if you are interested.

That's a $2.9 million house. For the same price, bay area in California offers a small 4 bedroom house built in the 1960s. LV offers better restaurants and entertainments too.

Nice house it's in a gated community how much are the fees for the community in a house this big why doesn't it have a elevator with all those stairs now that would be classy also a shute to send dirty clothes does have all the right amenities to much house with all that grass to keep up to much.

How long before the cops show up, when listening to music while pool side, or, playing basketball? Is the township finigee about washing cars on the front lawn? The barking dogs are a nice contribution during times of needing rest/ peace.
@@JBRE while it's a somewhat subjective standard 10000 sqft by current industry standard is a mansion. 20000 sqft would be in the subjective class of mega mansion. This is how we view in the California market.
House was up for a concierge’s auction, which is much different than a distressed Home Owner auctioning off at home. I cannot tell you the exact figure as the sale is not final, but I can tell you the final sale price is much closer to 4m.
A house of this size has a dissappointing master suite. And the dark wood needs to go. But other than that its nice. How far is this neighborhood from the strip. Hoa fees ? Taxes?

I was wowed by the $200,000+ 2022-23 Mercedes Benz SL 63 AMG. Besides completing the sprint to 62.2 mph in just over 3 seconds that car’s pretty much THE roadster all the beautiful people are driving right now. (But, I’m a natural car guy so, forgive me.) Beautiful home however the master suite was quite underwhelming. Interesting to see a large, beautiful legit mansion being lived in. The owners or at least one of them it seemed was home.
The only time we could get into the property to video was during an open house, the people that are in the video are open house guests. I too am a car guy and can appreciate a fine machine. Appreciate you watching and sharing your thoughts with us.

Did anyone notice the crack in the balcony at 7:49? That’s a structural crack which is difficult to repair without tearing it down and rebuilding it.

How do they allow grass with an extreme water shortage in the desert?
We do not see a lot of grass in the newer communities. We have seen lots of other changes, grass removed for desert-scape.

@@JBRE while it's a somewhat subjective standard 10000 sqft by current industry standard is a mansion. 20000 sqft would be in the subjective class of mega mansion. This is how we view in the California market.

House was up for a concierge’s auction, which is much different than a distressed Home Owner auctioning off at home. I cannot tell you the exact figure as the sale is not final, but I can tell you the final sale price is much closer to 4m.

I was wowed by the $200,000+ 2022-23 Mercedes Benz SL 63 AMG. Besides completing the sprint to 62.2 mph in just over 3 seconds that car’s pretty much THE roadster all the beautiful people are driving right now. (But, I’m a natural car guy so, forgive me.) Beautiful home however the master suite was quite underwhelming. Interesting to see a large, beautiful legit mansion being lived in. The owners or at least one of them it seemed was home.
The only time we could get into the property to video was during an open house, the people that are in the video are open house guests. I too am a car guy and can appreciate a fine machine. Appreciate you watching and sharing your thoughts with us.
