When the builder said reasonable priced at 3.5 million. First time seeing these custom homes that I 100% agree it is very reasonable price and anyone who buys it will have a gem of a home.
Chakky's outfit is spot on. This outfit is a Miami look. Honestly, I never realized it but Chakits could probably be better real estate agent in Miami. There is something very South Florida about him. The outfit, the hair, the tats, the sunglasses, the walk.....I'm just getting Miami vibes.

I have Sonos and Lutron throughout my house. It's fantastic! The Lutron System allows me to control, lights, ceiling fans, blinds, thermostats, door locks, garage doors, alarm system, audio and video. You can even add in smart appliances if you have them. I chose to use the Amazon Echo products to control everything by voice as well. One of the things that you didn't mention when you were talking about the zero edge shower, was that it is convenient for someone who is in a wheelchair. I've been in a wheelchair for 32 years and added that feature to my house that I built recently. It is something that is easy to build into a house while it's under construction but very expensive to add after the house is built. I really like this house. Thank you for sharing.

WOW!!! Absolutely gorgeous home!! .... but, OUCH (aw man!) on that cooktop that scratches easily. I cook a lot and slide way too many heavy pots across my cooktop to be worried about "scratching" it. Also, at this price point, a pot filler would have been nice. Other than that, EVERYTHING else was simply awesome!!
Love the house Chakits and the owner is a cool guy. My first choice to relocate after securing the bag, will be Nevada over California, though I love Cali.

Great interview, with exact questions, well explained!! Excellent house. I like the big table in front of the big wine cabinet, but I would take it out, makes the family area shorter than the complete space, the fireplace and the wall where the tv is placed looks smaller. Regards & blessings🎖🎖🎖
After moving from the Midwest 24 years ago I have never liked the orange peel texture. Give me smooth walls any day. Same goes for the rounded corners. Straight edge everyday.
This is just stellar. That's a great price for all that. I was thinking 5M. Maybe it would be that at a higher elevation. The only thing I would have preferred. Put this on a ridge overlooking the valley? OMG!!!
