Best 2 million dollar house I've ever seen and I've seen a lot. The space in the backyard with the amazingly creative pool was the cherry on top. This is my number one pick for my starter house in five months.

As a person who moved from CA to Las Vegas due to cost of living. If I could afford a 2.5 Million dollar home I'd be back in Cali. Who cares about the extra square footage when you have the weather and the lifestyle. I'm over the desert landscape, unfriendly people, terrible drivers, lack of good-paying jobs, and 110+ degree summers. But until I can move away, I'll be here. :)
Chuck, its about location, weather and the coast. The home is beautiful, very beautiful. I use to have a friend that lived two homes away from our ball field and we would sit on his balcony and watch the football games...it was fun. That home would be great for a family starting out with children.

Seeing that I live in California, I’d buy a toll bro’s. in Las Vegas over Cali. I like the modern aesthetics of the LV versions over Cali. Plus, you can’t beat the amount of home you’d get for the price.
I like everything from farm style houses with land to Colonial, Spanish style properties, Modern, Mediterranean, to all other styles. It’s all about amenities and overall space that’s being utilized as living/working space.

I love the balconies, Roman semi circular arcades, columns, pillars. Don't like Victorian. I may be wrong, but I consider this house modern Mediterranean with a touch of contemporary. I actually love the design of this house from the door, kitchen wide staircase, the master, balcony. Why buy/build a $15million home when you can get this for $2.5m??

I honestly love Toll Brother's designs and builds. They design these houses just like how I would! Also, their pricing of these properties are surprisingly cheap for the areas they're in! I mean obviously not cheap for the average consumer, but cheaper than a lot of nice homes I have seen. Great video!

My wife and I were retired in SW FL (Cape Coral) but moved back to Japan (she's Japanese) to spend some time with our two sons and 3 grandkids (whom we had never personally met). We will be leaving Japan to return to the US and I had been considering the San Diego area but since coming across your channel I'm kind of liking Vegas also (price-wise, especially). I'm glad to see that you made a comparison video showing Toll Brothers homes in both areas (love their homes). It'll still be at least another year before we make our move but you have my word, I will be contacting you when we're ready. I was surprised the Spanish colonial design didn’t follow through into the interior, which is more modern. Spanish touches such as chandeliers could have been upscale, but would provide more personality.

That’s a beautiful house. You’re paying more but you’ll also get a 25 minute drive to the beach, 70° - 80° weather year around. You’ll also be living around people who can also afford to live in that community, in Vegas homes are cheap which means the people who live there don’t have to make as much money.. if that makes any sense

Vegas, because at this pricing and dated designs, Newport Coast in California is the better investment. Otherwise Vegas is the better value. You have the best 411 walk thrus on RUclips though CK...keep up the great vlogs.
Look at any Vegas home at 1/2 the price and you can see the huge differences in finishes and components. How is anyone saying this house is gorgeous? Cheap vanities, outlets, cans, tile floor, etc etc. Textured walls and rounded corners in a 2.5 mil house? TV's not built in but built out? Look at the cabinets and the design its all cheap builder grade stuff with a great designer staging when you move in you will see how cheap everything really is. Vegas is the way to go!!!
The weather alone is worth the million dollar difference . Plus you could go from surfing at the beach to a mountain cabin in the snow in less than an hour, that's worth a lot too!
California homes are better and they are made more sturdy because of earthquakes... beautiful home ...but last Vegas has its gems also I would buy in both areas

I can't tell which homes are the best, I guess it depends on the sales. All the homes you had video was great,actually you should do more homes in California. I heard California is one of the great place to live down in the states.

That’s a beautiful house. You’re paying more but you’ll also get a 25 minute drive to the beach, 70° - 80° weather year around. You’ll also be living around people who can also afford to live in that community, in Vegas homes are cheap which means the people who live there don’t have to make as much money.. if that makes any sense

vegas, Vegas, VEGAS!!! I live in California. It's too damn expensive. Property taxes on this house would be a kings ransom. We have apartments renting for $8,000/mo. I can't wait to move to Vegas.

Look at any Vegas home at 1/2 the price and you can see the huge differences in finishes and components. How is anyone saying this house is gorgeous? Cheap vanities, outlets, cans, tile floor, etc etc. Textured walls and rounded corners in a 2.5 mil house? TV's not built in but built out? Look at the cabinets and the design its all cheap builder grade stuff with a great designer staging when you move in you will see how cheap everything really is.

The weather alone is worth the million dollar difference . Plus you could go from surfing at the beach to a mountain cabin in the snow in less than an hour, that's worth a lot too!
