Being in a master planned community it is expected to be close to your neighbors. But at this price point I would want some separation. Also, the mail person that drops off your mail can look through the huge windows to see the whole house. Zero privacy and a security issue. Nice home with some great upgrades.

Most people when investing in a home purchase it not just for the house it’s for land as well, they are not giving U no land for that kind of money, to me there’s no value. U can go somewhere else and get a beautiful home with a lot of land that will add value to your life and pocketbook in the long run😀😉🤗
