Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

One of the best parts of these videos is Mr. Beard here just talking during the challenge just to crack a joke or make a comment, it makes it even more impressive that he's able to beat so many challenges while having a little muck around too

I have to say that is a very nice presentation of the food they did on the platter. It's not just thrown on top of everything else.

Something I've been noticing on binging this guy's videos aside from the volume of food he's eating, obviously but also how freakin' FAST he eats. He put away that massive burger in under 2 minutes. It would take me at least 15 minutes or so to eat that whole thing, if I could even finish in the first place.
They seem like good people. I hope the bar filled up later; pubs are going through another tough time and it's only going to get tougher. Well done for doing your promo bit on here, Beard.

I feel the same. I actually find most other eaters annoying. I can't stand when they all have audiences. Beard could easily do this, but doesn't, which I prefer.This looked ABSOULTELY delicious though! Damn! One note to the restaurant. They should really cut off the handle so it sits flat :)

Hey BMF! I am truly amazed at the volume of food you fit in your mouth in one "bite" and in total awe of you food challenge super powers!

I am doing intermittent fasting, which means I eat from 12-8pm. When it's around 11 am I always watch your videos to prepare my stomach for eating. Love your videos! Keep up the feast :D

Where I'm from (Northwest England) a bin lid is a giant bread bun containing a full English breakfast. Usually bacon, sausages, fried egg, fried mushrooms, grilled tomato, baked beans and occasionally a slice of black pudding.

Damn that was a tough challenge. I've never seen you take over 30 minutes to beat a challenge. I think the worst part though was those ribs. They were dry and stringy. Tearing those apart sounded like tree bark.

This is absolutely one of the toughest challenges I've seen him smash....incredible!
Beard is definitely a professional eater. In these cases, if I had my own restaurant, i would have a two tiered challenge system. One would be for amateurs and the other for professionals. They knew when they saw him walk in the door they just gave away a free meal😂. I'd be like " Nope, sorry, Mr. Beard, but your challenge will be a bit harder. I would add an extra rack of ribs, or lessen the time, or make desert part of the challenge.
Not taking away from Beard, because he still smashed this and did great, but like I said, it was fully expected. The one thing I've noticed that makes ANY challenge difficult for Beard is spice. If the food is overly spicy, that really puts the challenge to Beard. Like when he didn't beat the Hot ramen noodles challenge. It was the heat, not the amount and not the time.
Actually, there was a BBQ place me and my mates went to, I believe it was called Red's true BBQ. It was great there, they also had a bin lid, but it was more of a sharing platter than a challenge. Kinda wanna go there again now lmao
I discovered your channel when I was sick during the pandemic and didn't have an appetite to eat I'd watch you as I ate and eating suddenly became really nice 😂

I pride myself on making the best BBQ Ribs you'll ever eat. That being said, it was painful to watch you eat terrible dry, stringy ribs. But as always, you pushed through. 👍

I was thinking the exact same thing I don’t know how you manage to under cook and yet simultaneously dry the ribs out so much. And there was very little meat on them as well

yeah people like the challenges and they usualy cost more so if you make it big enough almost no one will finish it, then its some extra money.
For me that pretty much just applies to food in general. I'm an uncoordinated autistic person. If most of food gets in my mouth, I consider it a victory. I just have them give me some extra napkins and stand back so that no one gets injured.
