- In the final episode of this series, I'm at the legendary Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas, Nevada trying to get the better of their infamous Octuple Bypass Burger...
Now this one isn't technically a food challenge, in that you don't get anything for winning, other than 20,000 calories in your belly, a high five and a bit of prestige...but it is without doubt the most requested video in the eight year history of the channel...and in truth not many people have ever managed to get the better of it...so I couldn't leave without giving it a bash!
I also got one of their 2,000 calorie butterfat shakes, an IV bag full of wine and a vodka jello shot that you have to throat like a warrior...just for good measure...

@@dylanhecker6686 I mean that’s just how weight gain works, if you gain a lot of weight immediately after eating a meal especially after fasting, most of the weight gain will be regained water weight. It takes longer than 1 night to gain 5% more body fat.

I’ve only been to America once and it was also in vegas but the waitresses at restaurants treat people so amazingly compared to the U.K. it’s unreal. I felt like a king, even the people in the clothes shops treated me well.

Nah man. In America in general, but especially certain regions, pleasantries are socially dictated. Being polite is expected and if not given, you're a jerk. Waving at neighbors driving by that you don't even know... honestly one of the things I'm most proud of about this place. Just be nice, it ain't so hard!

People with a love of bullying/looking down on people think that, but really most obese people have some pretty deep seated mental shit going on outside of "just lazy", and shame just really drives them further into their drug of choice.

The restaurant is basically a theme park attraction. In my experience, tourists on vacation are usually in good moods and are nice to waitstaff. I bet she makes well over $100k in tips

Ordered octuple bypass burger this summer. In reality it looks overwhelming - way more than on the movie. I was with my 2 buddies. It is a perfect meal for 3 buffed dudes if you are little bit hungry. Saying that I have no idea how you are storing all that calories in your body. Huge respect for your digestion system.
He is like a prehistoric hunter. Take down a mammoth, eat everything you can, days without food after that.

Literally just met the waitress with glasses who delivered the burger. She had no idea she was on RUclips lol she was very nice. The single bypass wasn’t bad at all and the jalapeno poppers were actually pretty good

Tip culture in the states sadly. While I don't disagree that the woman is probably a bubbly and delightful person, people in the industry are forced to go this hard to provide a service to make a living.
My partner was a waitress in Texas, $3 an hour, her income was tip based and this is how it works in almost every state, if you aren't putting out, if you aren't flirting, if you aren't dressed nicely or uniquely, your income takes a hit.
If you go out to eat, you as the customer should be given a decent enough service but in the states, the waiters and waitresses need to put on a whole show just to make enough money for an okay living.
I don't think she's faking it... she probably makes a LOT of money, it's Las Vegas and a lot of people choose to live and work there specifically bc it's a pretty good living. She's clearly having a lot of fun (while also doing a great job). You can't really fake that kind of charm imo.@@Spiritwalking

They had a heart attack grill in the Phoenix, Arizona area before some people complained about it. That's one of the reasons they went to Las Vegas I believe. It was a cool place to get a burger I will admit. If I recall they had never ending fries or chips as you call them. The shakes were really good too. Glad you didn't have an attack.

I ate here in 2017 when I visited Vegas. I was 360 pounds so I got my burger for free (Ive since lost weight lol) It was actually a fun experience, people clapped when you weigh over 350, and the single burger I got was really good. The Shake was good too.

I'm Australian, and I went here in November 2019 for the novelty of it. I only got the double bypass burger with a milkshake, because I knew I wouldn't be able to finish anything more. It was surprisingly tasty. If I go back to Vegas, I'd go back here, but I know it's not a place to visit regularly. You did great tackling this burger. :)

As everyone is already noting, that server is fantastic. Total knowledge of the menu, perfect level of engagement, funny, helpful. I've seen articles about this place but this was my first time seeing it on video. Very cool. Good experience!
