I wasted 13 yrs of my life on a narc - and nothing ever changed! Very long story short, I don't CARE anymore where he is, how he's doing or who he's conned into having a relationship with him! It took me years to figure out what he is but i certainly learned valuable lessons from it! The destruction he left behind is immeasurable & he will NEVER be allowed to be part of my life again!
I was 4 when my narcissistic stepmom married my passive father. My sister was 3. She is trauma-bonded with her. I went NC 10 years ago.

I so, so agree with what you say at "11:11." I am sick of hearing the all too common supposedly wise opinion which discourages confronting a narcissist about his or her behavior. Confronting a narcissist may very well be the insight they need to bring them to the point of acknowledging the need to change.
No, some narcissists ought not to be confronted, perhaps, for instance, those inclined to being physically violent, or maybe just not, in some sensitive cases, confronted by their victims, but by other individuals, in some cases by persons they really admire, or by authority figures who are in positions to exact punitive measures upon such correction-resisting & caustic narcissitic individuals. But some infected by & exhibitting narcissism definitely need to be confronted, & the confrontation, if done properly, can bring about change for the better.
I do believe the confrontation should be done with Christian principles, & I believe the Lord Jesus can transform a narcissist into an opposite personality, as long as he or she sees the need to, & wants to change for the better.

This has been going on for twenty five years I got away for six months and he manipulated me back I’m not educated I have no family I am a prisoner in this bed each day I have to convince myself not to end it all I know I need to find who I was before but I’m empty lost stuck where do I turn I was manipulated into having a new baby to force me to stay our other child is 23 I just need to find a place for me and the baby so I can heal but sadly I’m losing hope

They enjoy dramas and mind games because rhey cannot stand boredom. I outed a female psycho narc by not responding, or turning away. I try not to attend the functions if she is invited.
One fact i know will truly make the narc go mad, which is, by laughing at her antics and say : omg! Another opera!
Knowing how to do it, is very different from doing it , because we aren't the hurtful kind, we will hold our tongue.

Tell me..did you have to go all the way to the philippines to learn what a monster a narc is? I am from Denmark and met the worst of the worst narc in the philippines. Originally I met her in the middle east and she was nice, caring, sweet and attentative.. after meeting her eight months later in the phil and also buying a lot and building a house for her and my daughter, everything changed like day and night changes. She turned into a narc monster of the worst kind full of jealousy, paranoia, psychosis, psychopathy, borderline, sociopathy and you name is. I have now left the NDP mother and also had to leave my daughter behind because the cunning mother knew how to play her cards convincing the police, authorities, lawyers and judges that I was the culprit. In the phil thet have little knowledge what narcissism is, and besides they dont care...I will not go back to the narc mother but I still do my best to take care of my daughter long distance. I never knew three years ago that narcissism could be like that but today I know better and I am very careful and observant with whom I interact...from what you tell in your videos I know you have had almost the same emotional roler coaster tour with a narc..its good you share your experience.. keep up your good work to educate people
