@@locatingleigh7632 you can do it too. It may not be as pretty, but with a simple design(and the right ceiling height, you can do this aswell. It seems daunting, but it really is rather simple. I think the hardest part is tools and most home improvement stores will cut the wood for you. Just got to ask.
@@sarahgirard1405 you can also rent tools from places like home depot and lowes! super convenient for bigger projects when you don't have the $300 to purchase a band saw.

pro tip : you can watch movies on flixzone. I've been using them for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.

It’s bc the bed/beds aren’t in the way of anything now in really small rooms like mine it helps keep it clean and stuff like thay

My boyfriend has a loft bed in his parents home in his room and it has a closet that doubles as stairs kinda like your bookshelf but the built in huge desk is like a dream, and the window under the bed is genius placement because then it's not dark under the bed. And I love that the loft floor is a little bit bigger than the mattress, especially if you do this for a child. Really really amazing work

Wow, this is very similar to the loft bed I had built for my college dorm in order to double the amount of floor space. Went perfect all year until the last month of school when the RA saw it and made me take it down saying it was a fire hazard. Lame.

I think you might need to get some slats or drill some holes in the board under the bed so that it can breathe and not retain moisture otherwise it might mold and destroy your mattress. It also looks like you used OSB which is susceptible to water damage.
