The idea is very good. But it is difficult do find apt with high celling like that where I live. Most are only 2.30m

This is really a clean and fisible planning.. Beautifil solutions! And it makes me think of how much your ideas are applicable also to tiny houses (Do you know those built on trails?). Imagine to arrange one bottom side of the trail ad you planned here, and in the other side, cut on half height you can have bathroom with even a small bath tubeand at 1st floor and at the 2nd floor the bedroom with lateral positioning of the bed so that at its feet a wardrobe encasing the tv/fake fire place.. But in that case the challenge for an Architect would be how to build a proper ventilation of the bathroom to avoid moisture in the bed and bedroom. How would you solve that problem?
This solution would gain all the central area of the trail for a comforteable kitchen with table/living area.. So all the 6 main functions of the house would be accomodate in a very compact and functional way..
