    This project is fantastic! Do you have any problems using this Loft bed design? Is it comfortable to reach the bed and relax during daytime? Does your head touch the roof or the small gap between the bed and the roof annoy you? I'm planning to build something like yours ;) I appreciate your hard work💪

    • @DIYwithGabriel
      @DIYwithGabriel  Год назад +14

      I used it today and it’s still my favourite 😻
      The height of everything was design for seating comfortably on both the loft bed and the studio under. My head doesn’t touch the roof when sitting. The only time it touches is when I’m standing 😳 and it can have some impact also when I forget about the bed 🛌 above 👆

    1. Use flooring grade ply wood instead of slats. If you want slats drill holes into the wood that would allow you to put those plastic slats clips in rather than nailing them because you just made them harder to replace.
    2. Should over lap the edge wood to hide the plaster board :) makes it a cleaner finish
    Looks good tho

      1. Ask (Ask God and it will be given to you)
      2. Seek (Seek with all your heart and you shall find)
      3. Knock (the door shall be open)

    I like this but I feel like I would roll off the bed and fall down on the floor hard lol. ouch. So I would need some kind of rail to prevent that that i could raise up and down before i go to sleep.

    It turned out really well but I‘m afraid that because drywall isn’t breathable you could get a problem with mold under the mattress at some point🤔
